I'm enrolling in the Carnegie course "How to win friends and influence people"

Queen Victoria and many of her descendants carried what was once called "Royal disease"—now known as hemophilia, a blood clotting disorder. But it has remained unknown precisely what variety of the disease afflicted the family and how many deceased relatives may have had the inherited disease.

    - wiki -

Many of the kings and queens of the Spanish Habsburg dynasty, which ruled across Europe from the 16th to the start of the 18th century, had a distinctive facial deformity: an elongated jaw that later became known as the "Habsburg jaw." Now, a new study suggests this facial feature was likely the result of centuries of inbreeding.

"The Habsburg dynasty was one of the most influential in Europe," lead author Roman Vilas, a professor of genetics at the University of Santiago de Compostela, said in a statement. But the dynasty "became renowned for inbreeding, which was its eventual downfall."

"That is because the royal bloodline of the dynasty's Spanish branch ended in 1700 with the death of King Charles II, who couldn't produce an heir, likely as a result of inbreeding, according to a previous Live Science report. But it was unclear if their tendency to inbreed was also written on their faces."

And then there is the noble 'Drumpf'

Okay, not to sure how to communicate this brew, the last part I had to go due to not expecting it to go longer than couple hours ? so missed the end. Nice trundle along talking of this n that leading into a shopping adventure by Moddy lol, our Gio and myself nattered along upon haggis making and butcher friends to politics here n there till Moddy returned, just as we were about to fin, We had a ?????? which will likely spill over to Papa site somewhat besides here, will clear any dusty air imo. Brews name ? gosh am unsure, maybe raising the dead lol knowing this has taken very long to happen, stars to allighn etc. will put up asap

Why not use the thread you created Vern?

I like the title of the thread too. Keep it alive. It's not like we do a lot and are spamming the forum.
