Looks like (appears to be) a fan base page, most probably sanctioned by Bill's forum ... With a wall to protect identities of the page's members - with direct links to contact to join by approval via Bill's Avalon forum and e-mail address.

If you follow Russian news, you might be familiar with these infamous videos of Russia destroying food. Most of these come from 2014, when the West introduced sanctions on Russia after Crimea. In response, Russia introduced so-called 'counter-sanctions' and banned import of Western food in Russia. And the destruction perfectly fine food was also performed 'to show the West' that Russia doesn't need Europe to survive. It's really dumb, but Russia is STILL DOING IT: just recently, Russia almost had a nationwide banana shortage because of a conflict with Ecuador. So, why is Russia destroying food? Let's talk about Russia's relationship with food and sanctions, and how Russia still uses food today to bully other countries into submission.
