Why is flat earth being conflated with Tartaria research? It undermines credibility.

Here's something I want you to think very carefully about, Vern... How exactly can you value the objective academic qualities and discernment of people doing historical research when those very same people believe that Earth is flat? That's like trusting a Jehovah's Witness to properly and correctly give you an education in evolution theory, isn't it? (It's a rhetorical question.)

Your mileage may vary, but to me, the very fact that many of the people you champion here as presenters of historical research are Flat-Earthers, is what taints said people's research in my eyes. A serious researcher ─ openminded or not ─ must be well-grounded and devoid of prejudices. And Flat-Eathers are neither of those two, because of two very important reasons...:

They dismiss scientific evidence out of hand; and
The Flat-Earth hypothesis is fundamentally religiously inspired.

I would trust a Flat-Earther if he or she were to tell me that they've just read this or that in the newspapers, or that they had to pay a certain bill at a certain garage to have their oil changed. Or that the chef at the restaurant down the street makes a killer Archiduc sauce. I would however not trust them if they were to lecture me on account of history, or on account of any other academic discipline.

But like I said, your mileage may vary ─ and it probably does.

Dismantling stupidity starting with self is hugely important imo.

Atm you do as your government demands within its demands yes.

Agreeing with ones childs demands of learning violin while lecturing ones neighbours on noisy chickens or late nite music while not knowing the test tube is square ones inn.
