    Putler Porn

This is a thread dedicated to the ever mounting volumes of bad news cascading down upon both Vladimir Putin (affectionally known as Putler based on you know who), and the long beleaguered Russian people. There is no good news coming out of Russia, hasn't been for a good 20 years, they are yet again on the verge of collapse, and this thread seeks to document the journey along the way.

(Note) - Sources used should be of only Western, or Ukrainian origin, others are to never be trusted.

Also, credit to modwiz for the thread title.

So, where to begin for the man responsible for so much destabilization around the world, and thus the most hated man in the world? No place like the present:

Putin is in hiding, the Kremlin is panicking and the big winner of Prigozhin's apparent mutiny is Ukraine

Is it possible that the mainstream media lacks objectivity and Putin is also a right wing authoritarian? Both can be true simultaneously.

Realized this sounds dismissive. So will add this. Russia had what they called, "Russian style democracy," for a time under Putin, and it seems Russia became a much more democratic country with respect for individual rights and freedoms.

From this article I read awhile back. It described Putin, at some point, as 'turning back the clock' and returning to the old ways. No explanation. Just happened. Fails to mention that this coincided with the "orange revolution." orchestrated by the US, covertly, with the aid of pro-Western individuals.

It makes sense then, that in maintaining what was left of Russia's sphere of influence, Putin would crack down on dissent.

Putin is definitely a nationalist and an oligarch. A lot of his style of governing would indeed be consistent with fascism proper, such as his use of several private militias, of which the Wagner Group is only one — and for that matter, one with strong neo-Nazi sympathies — and the fact that his opponents tend to stumble off of balconies in high buildings or wind up with radioactive substances in their blood. But his kind of fascism is different from the US American kind. The American kind is more covert and relies on spin, propaganda and indoctrination, while Putin's is more overt and relying on brute force for squelching dissidence.

As for the mainstream media lacking objectivity, well, um...

NATO bumps people off too. David Kelly, the British weapons inspector, who came up with nothing when he went to Iraq was murdered and predicted he would be. And there are those with ties to intelligence agencies who develop a bad case of window psychosis--a fondness for jumping out of windows!

Also, remember that weird phenomenon where all those microbiologists were suicided, globally, in the early 2000's? (Were they going to blow the whistle on gain of function bioweapon research?) Anthrax traced to Fort Dietrich? The list goes on. It's reported but many Americans are so entrenched in the belief that the US is a democratic nation they can't be objectively suspicious about it.

Now Putin himself is spreading Russian propaganda and I'll bet he isn't even aware of Tweeter: The U.S. did it.

Oh yes, the USA is the Land of Make-Believe™, that's a given. An insular, parochial and narcissistic culture that thinks it's the greatest on Earth without even knowing anything on Earth apart from their own country. And even that in itself is something they don't know a whole lot about.

And all of the nonsense comes from there, and then gets exported onto the rest of the world — from the Flat Earth Hypothesis and Qanon, via the Big Vaccine Scare™ and the rejection of science in favor of religion and the Infallible Mother's Instinct™, all the way over to Wokemonastry™ and not understanding what "gender" truly means.

Or, as someone recently put it, "An American walks with confidence in the wrong direction."

At least that's funny, reminds of the perfect Country music phrase: "I've got a one-way ticket going the wrong way!"

Very true, OG, but you know what, historically that is the very thing that hastens the demise. It's instinctive...fear instinct can be very damaging.

You should take a closer look at the fall of the Byzantine Empire. The restrictions put on the populace when nearing its end were BIZARRE!

The only way to get a clear picture from media is to start at both ends of the spectrum and work inward. I've been using that strategy for a while now despite knowing the right will never even be in the ballpark. It helps to know where everyone gets their latest fantasies.

He was fearing that he would lose his grip on power, this was way back at least a decade ago or around 2012. Then about a decade ago Russia announced it's "anti gay propaganda laws" which basically meant that gay people were not welcome nor safe there, at least not openly. Remember Occupy Pedophilia? Fuck those gays right, why would they deserve human rights, they are just scum deserving to be humiliated, abused and killed? And talking about human rights issues, Rossiya and Putin has been killing investigative reporters for decades now. Anna Politkovskaya who was a human rights activist and a journalist was gunned down like so many of her peers, nothing to see folks here. Just a squeaky clean government right there, not ruled by corrupt cleptocrats willing to murder anyone who opposes them.

Politkovskaya's book, Putin's Russia: Life in a Failing Democracy, criticized Putin's federal presidency, including his pursuit of the Second Chechen War. She accused Putin and the Russian secret service FSB of stifling civil liberties to establish a Soviet-style dictatorship, adding that "it is we who are responsible for Putin's policies":

"Society has shown limitless apathy.... As the Chekists have become entrenched in power, we have let them see our fear, and thereby have only intensified their urge to treat us like cattle. The KGB respects only the strong. The weak it devours. We of all people ought to know that."
    She also wrote:

"We are hurtling back into a Soviet abyss, into an information vacuum that spells death from our own ignorance. All we have left is the internet, where information is still freely available. For the rest, if you want to go on working as a journalist, it's total servility to Putin. Otherwise, it can be death, the bullet, poison, or trial—whatever our special services, Putin's guard dogs, see fit."

"People often tell me that I am a pessimist, that I don't believe in the strength of the Russian people, that I am obsessive in my opposition to Putin and see nothing beyond that," she opens an essay titled Am I Afraid?, finishing it—and the book—with the words: "If anybody thinks they can take comfort from the 'optimistic' forecast, let them do so. It is certainly the easier way, but it is the death sentence for our grandchildren."
Whatever free press there was died years ago and the last parts of it last year when the iron grip of Putin's dictatorship took control.

Just before Putin came into power in 2000, he was in charge of FSB, which bombed several apartments.

That was used as the justification for the Second Chechen War where Grozny was bombed to bits.

Yes, an empire founded on lies, murders, thievery and all kinds of butchery... A very stable place indeed.

Russia never addressed the sins and crimes of the Soviet Union, after it just other crooks took over.

Funny, I heard the same thing today about Texas and gay rights that lasted until 1998 after the Supreme Court said basically the same thing in 1973. It seems there had been only one prosecuted case in history and it was less than ten miles from where I live. It seems a jealous gay lover called the police and when they came they found two others doing very unsavory things. It started a lawsuit that went back to the Supreme Court where the earlier ruling was overturned. Ahh, Texas, what a place. I had a co-worker born and bred Texan that apparently felt somewhat guilty because he was always telling me that Texas meant 'friendly'. I couldn't tell you what language it comes from, Native American, Spanish, French, Portuguese, English, etc. Just some of the former owners.

Those videos are pretty entertaining. Orange Jesus looks kinda cute in this video...

Well I don't know about you, but I wouldn't say that the conditions of Grozny look very entertaining.

Imagine if Texas ended up looking something like that. Just a rubble city. Americans never have had to endure such hostility on their soil.

Americans would go apeshit and would probably want to nuke half of the planet just for the sake of vengeance.

After all, so far USA has been the only country in the world to use nukes. Grilled those japanese people well.

The magnificence of human creations truly is something to behold and how they're used. Just spectacular.

no, I didn't watch that one yet.

Indeed they would, some factions in the U.S. already want to do that.

While some of these deaths may be purely coincidental and seem to
pose no connection, many of these deaths are highly suspicious and
appear not to be random acts of violence. Many are just plain murders.
If you see any incorrect dates or errors, please provide me with
    accurate information, Thank you!

List mirrored below. Rest in peace.
    Awoken Research Group
    http://valis.cjb.cc/
In the 1980s over two dozen science graduates and experts working for
Marconi or Plessey Defence Systems died in mysterious circumstances,
most appearing to be suicides. TheMOD denied these scientists had
been involved in classified Star Wars Projects and that the deaths
    were in any way connected.
    Judge for yourself
March 1982: Professor Keith Bowden, 46
Expertise: Computer programmer and scientist at Essex University
engaged in work for Marconi, who was hailed as an expert on super
    computers and computer-controlled aircraft.
Circumstance of Death: Fatal car crash when his vehicle went out of
control across a dual carriageway and plunged onto a disused railway
line. Police maintained he had been drinking but family and friends
    all denied the allegation.
    Coroners verdict: Accident.
    April 1983: Lt-Colonel Anthony Godley, 49
Expertise: Head of the Work Study Unit at the Royal College of
    Military Science.
Circumstance of Death: Disappeared mysteriously in April 1983 without
    explanation. Presumed dead.
    March 1985: Roger Hill, 49
Expertise: Radar designer and draughtsman with Marconi.
Circumstance of Death: Died by a shotgun blast at home.
    Coroners verdict: Suicide.

    November 19, 1985: Jonathan Wash, 29
Expertise: Digital communications expert who had worked atGEC and at
British Telecoms secret research centre at Martlesham Heath, Suffolk.
Circumstance of Death: Died as a result of falling from a hotel room
in Abidjan, West Africa, while working for British Telecom. He had
expressed fears that his life was in danger.
    Coroners verdict: Open.

    August 4, 1986: Vimal Dajibhai, 24
NOTE: My records show this date to be Oct. 1986
Expertise: Computer software engineer with Marconi, responsible for
testing computer control systems of Tigerfish and Stingray torpedoes
at Marconi Underwater Systems at Croxley Green, Hertfordshire.
Circumstance of Death: Death by 74m (240ft.) fall from Clifton
Suspension Bridge, Bristol. Police report on the body mentioned a
needle-sized puncture wound on the left buttock, but this was later
dismissed as being a result of the fall. Dajibhai had been looking
forward to starting a new job in the City of London and friends had
confirmed that there was no reason for him to commit suicide. At the
time of his death he was in the last week of his work with Marconi.
    Coroners verdict: Open.

    October 1986: Arshad Sharif, 26
Expertise: Reported to have been working on systems for the detection
    of submarines by satellite.
Circumstance of Death: Died as a result of placing a ligature around
his neck, tying the other end to a tree and then driving off in his
car with the accelerator pedal jammed down. His unusual death was
complicated by several issues: Sharif lived near Vimal Dajibhai in
Stanmore, Middlesex, he committed suicide in Bristol and,
inexplicably, had spent the last night of his life in a rooming house.
He had paid for his accommodation in cash and was seen to have a
bundle of high-denomination banknotes in his possession. While the
police were told of the banknotes, no mention was made of them at the
inquest and they were never found. In addition, most of the other
guests at the rooming house worked at British Aerospace prior to
working for Marconi, Sharif had also worked at British Aerospace on
    guided weapons technology.
    Coroners verdict: Suicide.

    January 1987: Richard Pugh, 37
Expertise: MOD computer consultant and digital communications expert.
Circumstance of Death: Found dead in his flat in with his feet bound
and a plastic bag over his head. Rope was tied around his body,
coiling four times around his neck.
    Coroners verdict: Accident.
    January 12, 1987: Dr. John Brittan, 52
NOTE: My records show this one to be 1986
Expertise: Scientist formerly engaged in top secret work at the Royal
College of Military Science at Shrivenham, Oxfordshire, and later
deployed in a research department at the MOD.
Circumstance of Death: Death by carbon monoxide poisoning in his own
garage, shortly after returning from a trip to the US in connection
    with his work.
    Coroners verdict: Accident.

    February 1987: David Skeels, 43
    Expertise: Engineer with Marconi.
Circumstance of Death: Found dead in his car with a hosepipe
    connected to the exhaust.
    Coroners verdict: Open.

    February 1987: Victor Moore, 46
Expertise: Design Engineer with Marconi Space and Defence Systems.
Circumstance of Death: Died from an overdose.
    Coroners verdict: Suicide.

MOSSAD (Israels Secret Service) Liquidates 310 Iraqi Scientists
    Mathaba.net
    10-31-4
More than 310 Iraqi scientists are thought to have perished at the
hands of Israeli secret agents in Iraq since fall of Baghdad to US
troops in April 2003, a seminar has found.
The Iraqi ambassador in Cairo, Ahmad al-Iraqi, accused Israel of
sending to Iraq immediately after the US invasion a commando unit
charged with the killing of Iraqi scientists.
Israel has played a prominent role in liquidating Iraqi scientists.
The campaign is part of a Zionist plan to kill Arab and Muslim
scientists working in applied research which Israel sees as
    threatening its interests, al-Iraqi said.

I had to break down the above post about dead scientists into paragraphs. Took me forever. What is it with people who write this way. I suspect manic episodes. I also had to delete a good 50% of the "suspicious deaths" as they were in no way suspicious. Even at that, I left in a few where the cause of death was unknown.

But the various scientists who worked for Marconi in the 80's. That's just bizarre. Could have been internal spies that had to be bumped off after the KGB outed them as part of their push to Westernize. It's always nice to have freedom served with death.

No matter how bad Putler is I'm not losing sight of the fact that all the BS going on in the Ukraine is STILL the result of the US (not Russia) trying to pick a proxy war. Putler wouldn't have been so bad if we had not been that much worse.

And this shocking land grab of Russia is not shocking. It's the result of the US essentially lying and breaking every agreement its ever made concerning post-Soviet Russia. And it's not shocking, it's not worthy of shrill righteous indignation or gasping. It's history. Grabbing and losing and regaining territory has been going on in Eurasia and Europe since the beginning of recorded history. Not shocking. Or unprecedented. If Russia is guilty of it every nation in Prussia is guilty of it.

So folks don't want Nationalism and they don't want a globalist one world government. Now I understand why they want a bipolar world.

So what are the options besides Nations that retract and mind their own business or a One world globalist government which is right about where we are arriving with the US world dominion.

What is it that people want?

The US had a wave of pro nationalism run through it during the last admin. Hey! Screw globalism. Let's mind our own business make our business number one and clean our own house, leave other nations alone, play nice. And maybe get rid of Nato while we are at it.

Oh wow that was horrible, that was Trumpeting and Qanon, and Orange Jesus and we can't have that. That had to be shot down before it got off the ground. We can't ever go there again because it would remind people too much of the Trump. Unfortunately, Americans (not our government) have it in their head now that we don't actually have to be the world police. So unless Russia does something or China or more likely both of them we are stuck with US world domination.

Some folks in America--a significant portion of American voters-- tried it the non-war like way, the administrative way, the diplomatic way and we lost. But they found out what they were up against, and it isn't Putin. Or Russia. Or Chinas. It wasn't Putler saying that we shouldn't stop minding our own business or retracting from world affairs or hold our interests in nation.

Okay that was WRONG clearly even though the entire world was very much about us minding our own business. Until we got it in our heads that it was possible. The entire world was pissed at the Nationalism of it all. Minding our own business made us Nazis.

So the sentiment got washed away or gagged with the arrival of a new administration who went right back blazing a globalism trail. Let's pick a proxy war with Russia. Was anyone happy. At first. There was not Trump. Hooray! I'm not sure when everyone tied up their future happiness with Trump --love him, hate him--but there we are.
Until we screwed Russia over and they bit back. And keeps biting back. Now something unprecedented happened. Someone is biting back.

And not shockingly people are pissed about it! AND again, when there's the slimmest chance that the US will be put in its place, all this objection.

Do we really want Russia becoming part of the West, part of the US oligarchy, the next arm of the global bully? Really? Is our sense of justice so skewed we'd risk that?

I'd love for the world to pick one. Either the US mind its own business or remain the world's bully but understand we can't do both at the same time.

I have no idea what people want.

I know in twenty years of bickering about it and taking respective corners online, and everyone being 'so right' and convinced by their line of thought that nothing has ever changed for the better. It got worse. In spite of awakening to conspiracies and the theories and spirituality you'd think we could have changed SOMETHING. But we haven't. So maybe we aren't as right about things that we think are. We can't even manage our affairs on a social level for that reason. We keep trying MANAGE. We fought a big fight over racism. Okay so we got a grip on that and perversely a lot of color went out of the world because of the way we went about it. Now racial tension is worse than ever. We fought the good fight over rights for gays. Now everything is more splintered and fractured than ever even among the gay community. We have kids so confused they are cutting body parts off all for the highest good. We did all the 'right' things, had all the 'right' feelings and now it's worse than ever.

Might be really a good time to start examining our motives? Or at least deciding what is it's that is wanted. What is agreed on is a different matter. And I rather think that all of us would be practicing some sort of nationalism, that any agreement anyone had as an individual would be influenced by its own culture, their own nation, their own history, which means there would be no one size fits all and this worldly Kum Ba ya fantasy is going to take some work.

And if the US ever gets a significant portion of its population that decides that a US led one world government is not a good idea and we should mind our business, please refrain from attacking them in the future? That was a bi partisan effort and likely the last one we will ever see.

Mind you that not wanting a globalized, US-dominated monopolar world does not equate to wanting (or needing) nationalism. Nationalism isn't just "minding your own business". Even the globalist US Democrats are nationalist.

Nationalism is a misplaced sense of superiority and pride of one's own demographic, be it ethnicity-based or culture-based, and as such, it entails a hostile attitude towards people of a different ethnicity or culture. The globalists are American Exceptionalists, which means that they believe that the whole world should adopt the US's values, because apparently American values are the only decent ones in the world — which is of course an easy opinion to hold if one doesn't even know what the words "the rest of the world" mean, and then we're not even getting into whether the US's values truly are decent to begin with, given that the USA still does not respect human rights, still allows and carries out capital punishment, still has gender inequality and still (albeit unofficially) harbors racism.

The only difference between the Democrats and the Republicans on account of their nationalism is that the Democrats want to turn the whole world into the USA, while the Republicans want to remain hostile to other nations except for those they need for logistical reasons. But they're both nationalistic, because America is nationalistic. Decades of indoctrination and propaganda coupled to cultural isolationism and the consumerist grooming of children instead of actually educating them have made it so.

A multipolar world would truly be a place where everyone minds their own business, but where they can also work together and respect each other's propriety. There would be no need for a military-industrial complex of the proportions that of the USA has, and the money currently being siphoned off into the pockets of the Pentagon could much better be spent elsewhere, such as on education, health care, scientific research, and on combating homelessness and poverty, and protecting the environment.

Things don't have to be "black & white", "Democrat vs. Republican", "us vs. them", or any other dichotomy that's so polarized that there's no middle ground anymore. That kind of thinking in extremes is typically American, because America has engineered things that way. Again: decades of indoctrination, propaganda, etc. — see higher up.

The bipartisan dichotomy is needlessly polarizing, self-reinforcing, and it's not even real, because both parties are controlled by the corporate world, and by consequence, the overall policy will never change, regardless of which of the usual clowns gets to live in the White House for a while. And there are three main reasons for that — there are yet other reasons too, but three main ones. And here they are...:

    • The first reason is the unbreakable trust in that The American Way™ is The Right Way™ and therefore, that it's everyone else that needs to change, rather than America itself. There's that cultural narcissism for you.

    • The second reason is that the different states have way too much autonomy, so that most of their internal policies cannot be determined by Congress, but instead depend upon the individual governors and their own administrations. An examlple of this would for instance be the death penalty. Some states no longer carry out the death penalty, while others do.

    • The third reason is that there is no clear separation between religion and state. "God bless the United States of America" — again that American Exceptionalism thing, by the way. "In God we trust" on your currency bills. Really? Does anyone remember what Yeshua is alleged to have said about money? Or "Do you swear to tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth, so help you God?" in a court of law, while you're placing your hand on the Bible?

Of course, even if America were to change — which is not going to happen — then the timing for that would never be right at the international scale, because Uncle Sam has been antagonizing other nations for far too long, and now they too are harboring a hostile attitude towards the USA. And with someone like Vlad the Impaler™ in the saddle in Russia, and especially under the current circumstances, things would not bode well if Uncle Sam were to suddenly decide to do things The Right Way™ instead of The American Way™, which Uncle Sam in his narcissism believes to be The Right Way™.

The bottom line is that, at least in my personal opinion, there's no way out of this ludicrously perverted geopolitical conundrum. Not during my lifetime anyway. It's all just too fucked up beyond any repair.

Maybe ChatGPT — Silicon Valley's latest hype — will be able to come up with something creative over time.
