I'm integrating my Source Being into my body at this time and Alloya also talks about this proces:

‘What will happen when we become fully present and completely incarnated on Earth?’
’We will begin to experience ourselves as separate and unified at the same time. This has
never occurred in a species of a physical nature before. Never before have the Fourth and
Fifth Dimensional energy been animated within a body of such density. That is why we are
of such interest to all concerned. We are right in the middle of an amazing experiment.’

As I am experiencing myself as Source Being I'm afraid of the Vastness and Power.
How do you guys cope with that ? Probably it's programmed into the body to be afraid
of who we really are beyond body / brain combination.

And at the same time I can't stop the proces of becoming a Butterfly, though the catterpillar
is afraid of dying...

It's a nice book. Just sharing with you guys in case you can get something out of the book

I guess the caterpillar doesn't realize it that it never dies...its physical memory is integrated within the butterfly...seriously!
