Ah, well that's not what I would have wished... I hope people won't feel bad about that.
Well, you did ask for the thread to be renamed, and as for the deletion of posts, I'm afraid I had no other choice, because enjoy being had already gone and voided several of his posts. Those are the main ones I've deleted, and I've only deleted one or two extra posts, in which the voided posts were quoted directly, but those were posts with short comments.

I wish I had the patience to listen through such long videos, audiobooks are a bit different thing although I listen them maybe 15-30 minutes at a time.

Could you please provide some bullet points about the video?

And of course the opinion of the speaker doesn't always represent the opinion of the poster.
Good damage control. Whom the gods would destroy, they first make mad.

My personal environment is screaming this and there are no ear plugs for it. Observers cannot escape a world collapsing around them, though they might stand on hallowed ground.

Why is it an odd request? You posted a two hour long video with with no description, it would have been nice to know something about the content of the video. I don't think it's too much to ask, especially if we want to have some focus and discussions in this thread. Your message seems confrontational or maybe that's just the vibe I'm getting.

Good advice though, that's for sure...It's about personal passion and action, even if that means being the best asphalt shoveler one can be...This is where it gets murky, advice that is about the misery of humanity, that is. Even these things that is suggested to approach and overcome are the products of...to put it plainly...the Protestant Work Ethic and what we have been taught to believe from often a totally unconscious perspective and it is an embedded part of the Western world. One of the primary reasons the East has such a vastly different perspective...to conquer what is naturally wrought is not an approach an Eastern philosopher would entertain.

One of the things that I arrived at was that the notion of 'genius' and the reality that it can be applied to every human. Every human has that 'genius' within them and most get to experience it in their own fashion. It's in those moments that happiness is found...that is what should be focused upon and manifested for all it is worth...and therein is the source of much 'misery' because many are conditioned to believe 'their' moments are meaningless when, in fact, they represent genius lost.

I worked as an RN for lots of years. Curious, what triggered that question?
