No offense, but I do not agree with that. The degree of indoctrination with propaganda is very strong within the USA, and I would even go so far as to say that it's quite a lot more severe than the indoctrination with the western worldview in Europe.

Everywhere you look in the USA, from the education system over the consumerism embedded in US American culture to the mainstream news, you can clearly discern an insular culture of largely uninformed, badly informed or grossly misinformed people. The prejudices about socialism/Marxism only attest to that. Furthermore, nowhere in the world do people gratuitously file lawsuits against one another as they do in the USA, just as that the percentage of people under psychiatric counseling is much higher in the USA than in any other nation.

I do not mean to offend any of our US American members, and I happen to have many US American friends, but in my personal opinion — and it's not just my opinion, because many people here in Europe have already said the same thing — US American culture is very childlike, and at most at the pubescent level.

The average — emphasis on the word "average" — US American is emotionally and spiritually immature, ego-driven, materialistic (and even hedonistic), has a cocky sense of false superiority over the rest of the civilized world, and a bizarre preoccupation with all things ado with sexuality, ranging from the sexual revolution of the 1960s, over sexual orientation and sexual identity, all the way up to the machismo by which the USA as a nation waves its willy at other countries.

So, again in my personal opinion, I don't think that the average US American would necessarily pick the right choices even if those choices were available to them. Hell, even the people in Western Europe can't make the right choices, and — not to put Europe on a pedestal, but — they come from a much richer cultural background and have less systematic indoctrination going on.

There's a whole lot of adolescent behavior going on right now. Finger pointing, blame game, fingers in ears so people can't hear, etc.

It's not hard to believe that Americans would be played by trolls and fake ads. It's sadly easy to believe. I've watched people sit around and group think.

Okay, but do immigrants want to move to European countries in comparable numbers to that for the United States?

Okay, but do immigrants want to move to European countries in comparable numbers to that for the United States?

Well, I don't have any statistics, but I think that we've currently got a lot more immigrants here in Europe than that the USA is dealing with, yes. However, this immigration has nothing to do with a preference for the true European cultures. On the contrary, because many of the immigrants from the various regions of Africa and from the Middle East don't appear to be adapting too well, and are actually quite reactionary on account of adopting European culture. This is especially the case with the newer Muslim immigrants — those who've been here for three or more generations are much more moderate.

The real reason as to why so many people are migrating to the European Union is that the European Union — and Belgium in particular — has been advertising itself as something very akin to the Garden of Eden, while those of us who live here know that it is far from that. It was a European PR stunt, and it has already seriously backfired too.

But even then still, in my personal opinion, it's still (somewhat) better here in Europe than in the USA, even if only because there is no such thing here as the Patriot Act — even though certain countries (like France) have something very similar set up. Europe is far from perfect, and I am personally very much opposed to the European Union as it currently exists — i.e. as an undemocratic and bureaucratic playground for career politicians in which Keynesian-liberal economics weigh heavier than anything else when it comes to policy-making.

Wow, now you're really offending me! First of all, there was no hate in anything I've written, nor was it a prejudice based upon indoctrination and misinformation. What I wrote was a well-formed opinion based upon both my own (and educated) observations and those of others.

Just because you perceive my criticism as harsh doesn't mean that it would be unjust and/or written in anger. It just so happens to be that we Europeans tend to have a much more realistic view on US American culture — as well as other cultures, our own European diversity included — than US Americans do, exactly because of the insular and propagandized nature of US American culture.

My familiarity with Dark Journalist is primarily his many many interviews with Joseph Farrell and Catherine Austin Fitts.

I've been checking past posts on Dark Journalist, and I've refreshed my memory that a now banned member of Project Avalon Mike Waskosky did an expose of Dark Journalist on YouTube, which is no longer on YouTube.
