Nature is competitive and yet the strongest systems are those with the most diversity and a state of dynamic equilibrium.
In Paul Stamet's presentations he has video of mushroom mycelium which shows nuclei moving through the mycelial threads like blood cells through capillaries. It's amazing. It shows the interconnectivity of things real-time. Mycelium has a structure similar in appearance to the energy patterns in the universe.
It holds the dirt together. Dirt, as in soil, is an ecosystem.

I don’t trust channeling. Reason: you can’t verify who/what is on the “other” side. And, apparently, a lot of spoofing happens.

According to Lee Carroll’s bio on kryon.com, he was told about his spiritual path by two psychics, both of whom spoke to him of Kryon.
It also says that he and a person named Jan Tober started “Kryon light groups” in 1991.
I have to say that there is something in his bio that is a red flag for me, personally:
