I'm afraid I cannot give you a straight answer on that, Bro. I take it that you're inquiring about this because your dog got bitten by a rabid animal?
But if your dog was indeed up-to-date with its rabies vaccination, then it would seem to me that the vet simply has to do whatever needed to make sure that your dog makes a swift recovery. What else would it have needed the rabies vaccine for, right?
