Immediately had Stanton Friedman take a look at these documents who said, “I have never seen anything like this, this is new MJ12 information.” Stanton Friedman is going to continue examining these documents for authenticity, but at this time we can find no evidence of forgery.

I can't speak for Malc, and I know it isn't obvious, but the introductory paragraph in the opening post of this thread was most likely a copy/paste job from the website of the radio network Heather Wade works for — Dark Matter, if I'm not mistaken.

Heather Wade is the producer of the "Midnight In The Desert" radio show, and she has also taken over from Art Bell as the show's host after Art and his family were fired upon by a stalker with a handgun outside of their house. Art and his family were physically unharmed, but the event had shocked Art to such a degree that he decided to step down as host of the "Midnight In The Desert" shows.

I thought about that when I first read it, but continued to puzzle about it, so I asked.

Two things jumped out at me here:

1) LOL, this "trusted source", passing on "secret documents", sounds just like the handy work of Bill Ryan's good friend, and known disinformation specialist Richard Doty. The same Richard Doty known for frauds such as the original MJ documents themselves, and the story behind Project Serpo, made famous by Ryan himself.

If it's not Doty, it's someone singing directly from his personal song book.

2) IMO Stanton Friedman saying the documents are legitimate means nothing, he will go to his grave insisting the MJ documents are legitimate as well. These same old people keep on popping up, singing the same old song and dance that *still* captures so many hearts and minds. Sigh...

Ok, seen a number of these in my military work. Or at least a bunch of Top Secret special category, but no "Read and Destroy." Those are usually operationally sensitive documents or uber high-level "eyes only" type docs.

And there is always a "Do Not Copy" on these things which somebody did, so this is evidence of a criminal offense if a real document. If you were located in the US, having this document could get you in real trouble, especially posting here on an unclassified site where foreign nationals (you) can see it.

I'd take it down. It might be a can of worms...with fangs.

I don't think there's any legal liability.

• First of all, it's not the first time documents like these have been publicized. YouTube is full of videos — among others, from the UFOtv channel — which show similar documents.

• Secondly, we're not in possession of the actual documents, nor of any copies thereof. Malc has simply embedded a link to a digitalized copy of the documents, and he got the link to where this digitalized copy is located from an obviously public medium.

• Thirdly, I don't think that the spooks would want to sue us — "us" being "foreign (to them) nationals" — any more than that they would have wanted Gary McKinnon to actually testify in a courtroom on account of what he found on those NASA servers when he supposedly hacked into them.
