Interesting and mostly accurate info from that site. Unfortunately Yig Wilson (what is his sceintific background?) still misunderstands the white splodges on the spectrograph as relevant to the Schumann resonance (the visible horizontal line at about 7.8Hz), which they are not. They are local interference at the receiving site. This is quite clear from the image below. Something can be seen to be suddenly switched on and off generating the interference which saturates the detection equipment.

I know not everyone is familiar with the science, and some people want to believe the SR is increasing for some spiritual reason, but I think it helps when the misinterpretations can be unpicked and clarity revealed.

Something electrical. Probably something with a built-in switched mode power supply - that doesn't narrow it down much since almost everything has one now. Lighting, phone chargers, routers, alarm systems, security devices, kitchen and office equipment, etc.

As far as I can tell it's just that Russian site's spectrographs that keep being used as 'evidence' of an increasing SR. I'd guess they might have a problem electrically screening off their non-technical equipment from their measuring equipment. Or maybe it's something being picked up from nearby buildings.
