Oh, if you mean can I read "Russian", well the answer is only with the help of Google Translate, lol, which says the text above the image is as follows :

Schumann resonances

The frequencies of the Schumann resonances

Amplitudes of the Schumann resonances

Quality of Schumann resonances
Hmmm ... but seeing as the scale of the y-axis does not go above 40.0, I do not see how anyone can claim a figure of 90 eh ?

3. Aha ! Here's a possible contender for the 90 figure, from http://sosrff.tsu.ru/?page_id=12 :

Translated text : Amplitudes

Dependences of the amplitudes of the Schumann resonance on local time.
Local time is expressed in hours of Tomsk Summer Decree (TLDV). TLDA = UTC + 7 hours.

5. :
Translated text : Amplitudes

Local time is expressed in hours of Tomsk Summer Decree (TLDV). TLDA = UTC + 7 hours.
So it is amplitudes (Амплитуды). No change in frequency can be derived from this graph.
A change in amplitude would even result from having a thunderstorm somewhere in no so far distance, because the resonances would be fed by discharging lightnings...

On the same site recordings of the Schumann-frequencies are also published. See: Frequencies of the Schumann resonance recorded at Tomsk Space Observing System

Частоты = frequencies
White = first harmonic 8...8,5 Hz
yellow = second harmonic (17 Hz)
red = third harmonic (19 Hz)
green = fourth harmonic (25 Hz)

Yes, I agree it seems the original assertion of a "90Hz spike" is based upon faulty reasoning !

14. The Schumann Resonance exists - I believe this and feel it is an integral part of our Earth. I do however think that our 'electronic/technological' era has impacted on its natural capacity to do her job. As for fake news that is everywhere and I have a theory that as we learn the truth and understand that truth - the fake news will become extremely obvious.

There is that beautiful and simple fundamental of physics = For every action there is an opposite and equal reaction.

Back to the Schumann Resonance - I am sure it was known long before Mr Schumann had his name attached to the natural phenomena. I would like to suggest that Mother Nature is very powerful and she has a massive ability to grow back anything that is destroyed - no matter what. I imagine that in time - the Resonance of our Earth will prevail.

Much Respect & Much Peace - Amanda

22. The image in #14 is a spectrogram. The horizontal lines are the energy in the Schumann resonance. Frequency on the Y-axis (vertical) with top as 0 Hz, and 40Hz at the bottom. Time in hours on the X-axis. Intensity is shown by colour. Blue nothing, white extremely strong.

The main Schumann frequency is about 7.8 Hz, and the second harmonic 15.6 Hz, the third 23.4 Hz, etc. getting weaker up to about 40 Hz. The white splodges are strong radio noise or interference. I've seen this before and it's usually the broad-band radio emissions from nearby thunder storms, but could be electrical equipment. Because the vertical scale is frequency, all it means is that the radio noise goes from 0Hz to off the scale at 40Hz or more and lasts for a number of hours as shown by the spread across the horizontal axis.

If the Schumann frequencies changed, the horizontal lines would curve down if they increased and up if they decreased They clearly don't, never have and never will. As TargeT has stated, the frequency is fixed by the earth-ionosphere cavity size.

The image in #17 is the relative amplitude (intensity) against time (hours) of the fundamental 7.8 Hz (white) the second harmonic 15.5 Hz (yellow) etc. I cant see what the amplitude units are, but they might be micro-gauss or similar.

The present readings are here: http://sosrff.tsu.ru/?page_id=7

The video in #21 starts of well and accurately, but he has also misinterpreted this data - not that he actually presents any clear data to support his reasoning!

Hope this clears up any confusions because for some reason it's become an internet 'thing' in the past few week, and propagated and pontificated over by well-meaning people that don't understand what they're looking at in these graphs.

the spikes are due to electrical phenomenon near the sensors (probably lighting strikes, though it could be anything) and they are simply making the "bell ring" which echo's into the harmonics of the original frequency... It's best if you think of it musically; though I'm no musician so that's just what I've been told

28. Yes, but the point is that it didn't 'spike'! The measurements speak for themselves when you understand the charts. For some strange reason this has become an internet meme and it keeps being repeated by people who don't understand the data. I don't know why this has suddenly become a 'thing'! It's almost like the Flat Earth stuff suddenly appearing out of nowhere.

The fact is the space between the earth's surface and the ionosphere is fixed (with some slight daily variations of ionosphere height) and the very wide-band electromagnetic radiation from the world's thunderstorms resonate this cavity at about 7.8 Hz plus harmonics. So unless the earth shrinks, the resonant frequency simply can't increase. None of the charts presented show the parallel lines of the resonance and harmonics shifting. The white bands are just strong local signals from storms or badly suppressed nearby electrical/electronic devices. (There are three charts doing the rounds on this, all representing different things. I can explain each one if necessary.)

The best place for a description of the Schumann resonance is Wikipedia here. It's not the only source, but it is clearly written and as accurate as any book I have with this described.

There are some forum members who have also tried to point this out - TargeT in particular.
