A proxy is basically a site that redirects your traffic for you, so it appears you are coming from that "site" instead of where you actually are.

I live in an obscure place, so I've got to use things like this at times as well.

Been listening to Joe and Abby. Always like listening to Abby. I do get generally mad about the stuff they talk about and then I have to deal with that.

At the end they discuss the patsies used by the government and Joe says, "It's very bizarre that they think that's somehow law enforcement."

I don't think they think so. I think they know they're playing games and don't care and will keep on doing it until someone stops them. They have unchecked power. They can, so they do. Whatever authority should be preventing this either isn't or is complicit.

Lots of food for thought with Joe's conversation with Lawrence Krauss.

absolutely, just some things should be approached slower (weight lifting for example).

if your not lifting weights already, start! stress is the key to growth in every aspect of humanity; but especially physically. Weight lifting is one of the best preventative methods for things like osteoporosis .

I hadn't watched the above video in about two years.. I forgot how good it gets to the end:

Especially from the 1:42:00 mark, he has some very powerful insights.
    https://youtu.be/Np0jGp6442A?t=1h41m56s

he also practices periodic fasting, which I'm a huge fan of (time restricted eating,, eating once a day etc..)

he comes back a year later for another great interview:

It's coming out now...the whole thing is sooo inhumane and obvious. As a matter of fact I never fell for it, although I've had chances. Thanks for the post.

Been listening to Ron. Really interesting Kindle story.

David had horrific asthma as a kid. Such inability to control even your own breathing must've had lasting mental and emotional effect. Scientology gave him the first tools to control it. He's gone on to become extreme in his control.

Logical. And sad. Absolute power and all that...
