You think? We don't have enough threads dedicated to the 2016 US presidential elections yet?

Maybe we could take it to your "****ed and Annoyed" thread?

Hey this is the perfect spot to watch the work of Bev Harris of http://blackboxvoting.org/...She's been following election fraud for many, many years. She just posted some pretty damning videos I heard...Enjoy!...or not....

    From her website:

"You may be wondering what the term "black box" means. A "black box" system is non-transparent; its functions are hidden from the public. Elections, of course, should not be black box systems.

Influential reporting by Black Box Voting is referenced worldwide. Here is a link to a free copy of the book, Black Box Voting: HERE. Author Bev Harris became known for groundbreaking work on electronic voting machines, which can remove transparency of the vote count; other important reporting pertains to voter lists, election chain of custody, transparency problems with absentee voting, election industry corporate governance, and financial accountability in elections.

Opaque, non-transparent voting can afflict voter lists, poll lists, vote counting and chain of custody; political finance can also be "black box." The road to better transparency begins with knowledge and public, grassroots dedication. I am glad you are here!"

PS She was just on Alex Jones today, and I only caught a snippet of the interview, but worth a listen if you can catch it. I'm pretty sure Alex said he was going to post the interview on his site in article format.

    Here it is:
BIGGEST ELECTION FRAUD IN HISTORY DISCOVERED IN THE UNITED STATES
    http://www.infowars.com/biggest-elec...-breaking-now/

"Used in precincts all across the country, the software – deemed “the most devastating election theft mechanism yet found” – allows votes to be fractured and rounded up or down to sway the results for any candidate.

According to Harris, a member of the non-partisan Black Box Voting investigative team, this latest discovery constitutes the “missing piece” that blows the lid off of wide-scale voter fraud."

Thanks, DF. I was wondering why the machines haven't been focused on. I've been concerned about them since they showed up. I miss the lever machines. They can't be hacked.

    Let's revisit this one:

    Source: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jUDTcxIqqM0

We've got more coverage and information on election fraud this year than we've ever had before.

    - Project Veritas filmed DNC operatives like Bob Creamer and Scott Foval talking about bussing people around and organizing rigged voting for Clinton
    - White House visitor records show Bob Creamer (look him up on Google) visited the White House scores of times, many times meeting alone with Obama
    - Wikileaks emails confirmed that Bob Creamer was close to the Clinton campaign's manager, contrary to what they claimed
    - Now Bev Harris is coming out with the stuff on the electronic machines themselves

Alex Jones and InfoWars have been covering the Bev Harris stuff the most lately.

The fraud is the American people for telling ourselves that particpating in the selection of the "choices" they give us for Chief Executive is some sort of "value" or "duty" or "privledge" that somehow makes the USA "free" and/or "the best".

If you didn't learn in '00, I guess ya never will though. They sho haven't changed anything since then.

So tell me about the miracles accomplished by total apathy. When you stop caring at all about politics and passively let your country go to hell without even trying to do anything, you get points for that? I mean seriously, what do you think that's going to accomplish? People in Washington are going to feel guilty all of a sudden or something? I don't understand the strategy. It just seems like you've given up, and giving up isn't a strategy. Giving up is giving up. It means it's over for you.

It's much more likely that election fraud will occur through the machines. The voter fraud is another red herring. And red herrings have purposes:

"Are fraudulent voters undermining U.S. elections? The simple answer is no. Rather, the threat comes from the myth of voter fraud used to justify rules that restrict full and equal voting rights.

The earliest reliable studies of election fraud in the 1920s and 1930s found that individual voters almost never committed fraud on their own. Conspiracies by politicians or election officials were behind most violations. Voter registration laws were put in place to reduce such organized fraud.

Researchers must painstakingly piece together evidence from news reports, court proceedings, law enforcement agencies, election officials, and interviews with experts and other sources. After ten years of such research, I found that intentional fraud by individual voters is exceedingly rare. Other investigations have reached the same conclusion.

Under Republican President George W. Bush, the U.S. Justice Department searched for voter fraud. But in the first three years of the program, just 26 people were convicted or pled guilty to illegal registration or voting. Out of 197,056,035 votes cast in the two federal elections held during that period, the rate of voter fraud was a miniscule 0.00000132 percent!

No state considering or passing restrictive voter identification laws has documented an actual problem with voter fraud. In litigation over the new voter identification laws in Wisconsin, Indiana, Georgia and Pennsylvania, election officials testified they have never seen cases of voter impersonation at the polls. Indiana and Pennsylvania stipulated in court that they had experienced zero instances of voter fraud.

When federal authorities challenged voter identification laws in South Carolina and Texas, neither state provided any evidence of voter impersonation or any other type of fraud that could be deterred by requiring voters to present photo identification at the polls.

When voter fraud accusations are tracked down to their specifics, irregularities almost always turn out to be simple mistakes by election officials or voters."

    http://www.scholarsstrategynetwork.o...ican-elections

Lorraine Minnite wrote a book called The Myth of Voter Fraud.

"You’d have to know the person you were impersonating hadn’t voted yet, and that the person at the poll doesn’t know that person, she said. And in a busload of people, you’d have to count on every one of them keeping quiet.

“And for what? What is the benefit of it?” Minnite said. There is very little payoff with the potential for a felony conviction. And in the case of immigrants in the country illegally, the risk of permanent deportation.”"

"A December 2006 report by the U.S. Election Assistance Commission interviewed more than two dozen researchers and experts on voter fraud and intimidation, including Minnite. That report concluded that “impersonation of voters is probably the least frequent type of fraud because it is the most likely type of fraud to be discovered, there are stiff penalties associated with this type of fraud, and it is an inefficient method of influencing an election.”

"Gerken, who was a senior legal adviser to the Obama campaigns in 2008 and 2012, added, “There have been astonishingly few examples, and with good reason. It is far, far, far easier to steal an election by bribing an election official or mail-in/absentee voting. Unsurprisingly, all the evidence of serious fraud concerns the latter sort.”

"Hasen wrote. “To vote five, 10, or 15 times one would have to either register five, 10, or 15 times in different jurisdictions or with false names or go five, 10, or 15 times to polling places claiming to be someone else whose name is on the voter rolls, in the hopes that this person has not already voted and you would not get caught. And to do this on a scale for a presidential election, in a place such as Pennsylvania with millions of voters, you would need to pay tens of thousands of people, all without any way of verifying how they voted.”

"...[T]he most common forms of voter fraud are election official fraud - either in the form of stuffing ballot boxes, or "losing" ballots - and absentee ballot fraud.
But even these are becoming increasingly rare, largely because jurisdictions have adopted relatively easy ways to combat them..."

"The News 21 program at Arizona State University keeps a database of alleged instances of voter fraud. It tallied 2,068 cases of alleged election fraud between 2000 and 2012. Of those, only 10 could have been prevented with voter-ID legislation."

"“In a recently disclosed email from 2011, a Republican lobbyist in Wisconsin wrote to colleagues about a very close election for a seat on the State Supreme Court. ‘Do we need to start messaging “widespread reports of election fraud” so we are positively set up for the recount regardless of the final number?’ he wrote. ‘I obviously think we should.’” http://journalistsresource.org/studi...political-spin

Yeah, I know. Boring. It's much more exciting to think about all this cloak and dagger fake voting.

Voter ID laws are failing legally and practically. They're unconstitutional and, as one judge put it, designed with almost surgical precision to target minority communities.

Some other effed up shenanigans include sending voters to the wrong precinct, not having enough machines, voter intimidation... Let's not forget that the same group who wailed and moaned over the terrible gerrymandering of the Democrats did it in spades for themselves after the last census.

What's outrageous is the sheer waste of our tax dollars on this BS red herring of voter fraud.

If I went to court and presented the video of Mr. Shulkin it would be thrown out. It's not good evidence. I'm gonna question crappy evidence every time it's given to me and in the process continue the search for meaningful, actionable intelligence.

The people telling you that voter fraud doesn't exist are the same people telling you that the electronic machines are perfectly fine. You can't pick and choose your sources on that one. They are all bad. All of the above is going on.

Electronic voting machines were only introduced on a large scale for the 2000 presidential election. What do you think happened before then, all of our elections were totally clean and no one ever tried to cheat? Like cheating only became possible with electronics. Anyone who has read the Upton Sinclair classic The Jungle knows that's not the case. He was inspired by what he personally witnessed by mob bosses in Chicago, and his book resulted in investigations that turned out even worse than what he talks about in his book. Not in the Jim Crow South, suppressing blacks, but in the industrial heart of Chicago, home of Obama himself, yes, there was voter fraud already even in the 1800's. Scott Foval bragged about Democrats bussing people in for decades, in the context of a conversation of doing it again this year, but then again maybe he drank a beer and started hallucinating or something. Yeah that's probably the explanation for that. Nothing to see here folks.

Saying that requiring a government-issued ID is discriminating against poor minorities might have been a viable argument during the Jim Crow era, but in 2016 with a black president who actually won states in the South, it's a little bit outdated and I'd love to see some numbers on exactly how many minorities don't carry some form of government-issued ID. If you can't provide those stats then you can't make a case that minorities are being targeted by requiring IDs in the first place.

It's funny you say that because Alan Schulkin was actually subpoenaed over his comments. So not only is it not being thrown out of court, but it's causing his ass to be hauled into court. Btw police film people undercover all the time and it's accepted as evidence. I don't know what your problem is here.

Let's have a full disclosure here that you're making this issue partisan because you yourself are extremely partisan on this issue. You said yourself just five days ago that all of this voter fraud stuff was Republican propaganda. You said, "It's been a long time now that Republicans have been acting like everything that goes against them is somehow rigged. It's another drum beat. It's well known that when you say something over and over and over people believe it." So for you this is obviously something that you are partisan about.

You said that before I showed you Schulkin's admission of voter fraud on camera. After I showed you the video, you insinuated that he said what he did because he might have been drinking, as if that is any kind of rational explanation at all for someone saying what he did. That is an argument that would not hold up in court, because lots of people drink alcohol and know it's a bull excuse. Also after I showed you that video you went on to blame the Republicans for it and attack the guy who is exposing all of this stuff:

"It used to be Republicans won elections because they had vision and ideas. Since the Clinton/Gingrich years that's not been the case. Their major selling point for decades now has been the evil liberals. To the point that someone like O'Keefe becomes a hero. It's messed up in all kinds of ways."

I know that the election was rigged for George Bush in 2000 and when I first saw the evidence for that I was disgusted by that too. I still hope that that whole administration is brought into court on war crimes charges one day. When the shoe is on the other foot and it's the Democrats doing it, I don't care if you're a Republican or Democrat, if you turn a blind eye to that for partisan reasons and try to blame it on the other party, that is honestly very disgusting to me. Our vote is the only thing we have to even give us the semblance of a democracy. This is not a partisan issue. You are trying to make it into a partisan issue. I hope one day you'll finally find a way out of that left/right box you've shut yourself into, because it's not doing you any favors here.
