If you saw El Camino, the sequel movie to Breaking Bad, you'll appreciate this. A monster singing a sensitive song.

Tex Perkins covers the late Warren Zevon's 'Werewolves of London.' He looks like one, so perfect!

Do you remember the musical score at the very end? Most people don't know what it is, but I did and I probably posted it on this thread already. It's gorgeous.

So impressed, Ainawa. Ren does an excellent job of illuminating inner dialogue and in a beautiful musical way. We all go through this fight, if not consciously then sub-consciously. We don't necessarily 'hear voices' in our heads, like people who go through psychosis, but we may as well, and this song drives that home! My best to you, and hope you warm up down there! We are entering our hot season!
I came across that video recently too, pretty well done indeed. It reminded me of the dialogue between Sméagol and Gollum.
Bring's to mind last night's dream/nightmare... :) When watching this movie this song and scene really moved me.

Oh we are what we are when in danger
And we are as we stand head in hand
When a friend brings to light
On a cold silver knife
You can stare your fate right into his hand
-into his hand
Oh we are what we are when we're made to
Be the soul-owning guardians of land
And there's always advice
On a cold winter's night
That your dreams are just an island in the sands
Way out in the sand
Don't it seem so strange
How it just don't change, yeah
Things just stay the same
As they've always been
Some of us are out to win
And some of us are out just to wane
Just out to maim
Oh we are what we are when we're praying
In our own way of seeking some light
May the mission bell still ring
Of the colourful dreams
In the faith that everyone will be treated right
Will be treated right
On a cold cold night
Will be treated right
Hell, i hope that everybody
Will be treated right, yeah
Will be treat right
On a cold, cold, cold, night
Will be treated right
I take it you are Ren fan, Aianawa... He is 'interesting' that is for sure. :) Is there any truth to his mention of his 'psychosis'. This is the kind of thing you listen to AFTER a therapy session, I don't know maybe before (more production). And surely not during.
yeah, i can feel it...Where is he from?
Art!
Is that recent? They still be groovin'

It's ironic that his father shot him to death...
This is a good one, and there's a cookie for anyone who can name whom this song was about.
(And no, it's neither Donald Trump nor Joe Biden. :p This was a song by Heart, from their album "Dreamboat Annie", released in the mid-seventies.)

that really is pretty darn good.
