I'm just blown-away a bit... dunno what's a happening yonder. I think the politik vibe has risen and the inevitable is inevitable and on the horizon. A gay member, hardly ever posted, commented on a thread yesterday about "trans" issues...... well, I get the feeling he won't be back again. All the straight middle-aged men and women put him right, I think that's fair to say....... apart from all the love & lighters saying they'd hold hands and sing a song to make evry'ting ireee.

Just my opinion but my observation is that the Shadow-people of Mordor have really lost their minds if they ever had possession of them in the 1st place. One gets the palpable vibe, even as an estranged visitor, of an insane asylum (I've visited them before with a friend who worked in a VA funny farm, for some reason they let me pass through the doors without checking credentials ... I've also done personal delivery of said fruitcakes). I mean really, they should build walls around it and bring in the professional shrinks. Some of the in-patients might be granted positions of trustees but they would have to be closely watched. Just my humble opinion, of course.

The thread in question is called "What Motivates Bill Ryan..." and it was started by a member who had been a member over there before being shown the door. She wasn't a good fit here, either.

The Qanon and Trump worshipping threads had been, for a while, in a members-only section. Bill apparently didn't want the forum to be seen as all about that. But it has indeed become all about that as far as I can tell.

I used to lurk at PA. Gio's threads interested me, and there were others. But the flavor changed and then the derangement of Trump settled in and the cloying sugar in the tea cannot be removed now.

The ants have picked up spores, the cordyceps are growing in their brains, and soon they will go to a high point, explode, and spread their spores to others in the colony.

I don't go over there anymore. I don't want fungus of the brain.
