That one always has me in tears, because my dad and I didn't quite see eye to eye when he passed away, now 19 years ago. :(
Given that I'm the OP of this thread, could you please clarify what you mean by the above? :wry:

No problem. I was going to post it here myself a few days ago, but then I realized that I already have, which is why I didn't post it again. ;)
Yes, words can and do hurt. And sometimes people don't realize the gravity of what they've just thrown in somebody's face, but other times they realize that all too well, and they still choose to do it. People can be really spiteful.

Some more 1980s Euro-pop. ;)
You reminded me of this one, Elen.

So beautiful. And the scenes are still so stunning.

Your welcome, Nothing. I was listening to Mr. Moss yesterday and was reminded of how often he address synchronicity. He was the one who reminded me that Mark Twain observed, "Life likes to rhyme". He was describing synchronicity.
He also talked about a game he calls "Putting your question to the world". So you think of a question or problem and then look for the next unusual thing that happens as a sign. He told a fun story about it.
A young woman went out on a date and liked the guy but had some reservations. So she decided to put her question to the world. As she was driving on the highway she saw a license plate that said, "Dump Him". That was her sign, and she did. (poor guy)
My husband does a similar thing, but you ask your question and then open a book to a random page and read a sentence.
It seems that the strongest sources of signs are dreams, birds, and synchronicity. So far, that's what I've observed.
