Still watching this and so far it's very accurate...................
Now that I'm still in my jazz-fusion mood... ;)
Did you delete my post or did I just not get it posted? lol
ok, thnx...
I like Lukather...think I've listened to some of it in the past (not here)...
I just bought my brother and sister-in-law (and myself) tickets to see Bonamassa in the Houston area ... next month. Apparently, he has turned down free tickets in the past...twice even. He really doesn't like my taste in music and especially my sister-in-law doesn't but they accepted. They feel sorry for me... :) We listened to this on Firecracker day in July:

It just hit me Aragorn...if this post is misplaced just delete it...deleting a post is much easier on me than shaming... :) because there is no ambiguity in the action ...
We can refer to Boids perspective on humans. No, I can't accuse you of something I have no 'hard data' on. Like she always says, "How you interpret other people's 'attitude' towards you is entirely up to you!" I find that a bit amusing actually after listening to Sam Harris. But to the point, I 'felt ashamed' that I was fingered again. It was why I posted that 'Unknown comic sad face with the bag over his head'. My personal preference would be to just have a post 'mentioning' he who shall not be mentioned just be deleted because the reason for it, at least in my mind, is unequivocal and totally unambiguous. Dealing with ambiguity is unfortunately one of the vices I wish I didn't have. I'm sure it is routed in my 'insecure bonding' childhood.
You can delete this post, in fact, I might even encourage it, as it is taking things off topic.
That was on another thread, and you should by now know why I slapped you on the wrist. It was entirely warranted.
If we were to silently delete posts without saying anything, then that would be censorship, and as someone who has had posts of his deleted at other forums without any notification or reason given, I resent being treated that way. Also, if I were to delete your posts and not say anything, how would you know why the post was inappropriate in the first place?
I believe in responsibility, and if a member cannot behave responsibly, then the required moderation should not be conducted under the table, because the member has the right to know why. Responsibility also means that if you repeatedly misbehave in public, then the slap on the wrist should remain in the public purview just the same. Because other potential transgressors should be made aware of what transgression has been committed, and that such transgressions are not welcome here — and especially not after we've already depleted entire magazines worth of shots across the bow earlier.
After all, it's not like we've never told you (and others) before not to bring US American internal politics into threads where that subject does not belong. But unfortunately, it appears to be a genetic thing. US Americans appear to be born with this gene that causes part of their brain to become obsessed with their internal politics. And it doesn't matter whether it's conservative or liberal, because either side is equally obsessed with it.
As if the US American obliviousness to the existence of the 7.8 billion other human beings and the 182 other nation states on this planet wasn't bad enough already.
