I think I know what those are. I have been flying back and forth across the country a great deal recently. There are more and more solar arrays being built.

On my very last flight we went over a spot where there were three in a row, in an array just like this. As seen through the clouds, these lights could be on the ground, and that is what they would be.

Impressive call DT...I didn't see any anomalous behavior but it was difficult to try to keep perspective from the video takers to any ground landmarks. :)
