It's been awhile since I viewed the constitution as a brialliant concept. My analogy would be when a software engineer via synchronicity creates a 'feature' in a system that is beneficial but was never intended. Freedom for slaves, the notion of the tall enabling the short, even the Electoral college are all such 'features'.
I enable the short on a regular basis. I just got something off of a tall shelf for a lady at the grocery store.
But what was really funny was the asian lady (at a different store) who was climbing up shelves to get something, knocking stuff off, and never asking for help. I was a little worried about her but she didn't want my help.

Here's a not-so-secret: many folks don't like Dr. Wood because he refuses to demonize the group Black Lives Matter. He actually works with them. To make things better.
He's a smart guy, no doubt. He obviously is too wise for the haters. He has a very interesting background...
