In truth, Aianawa, all of this is unnecessary as you have all the power you might need. Equity is not a threat to anyone's status unless one perceives their 'status' as unequal and essentially superior and required for continued survival. That perception might have had hints of 'necessary requirement' in the caveman days, but those days are long gone or at least certainly should be. We are inherently all equal as humans. The fallout of hierarchy is a natural one and need not be 'bastardized' by unfair and even unholy (undignified) practices.
We can do much better.
