Not only do they register and vote on behalf of dead people (a college student was recently arrested not far from here for registering dead people for a Democratic congressman) but they hire out "contractors" who are basically thugs and criminals that engage in any sort of fraud they can manage, including organizing hundreds/thousands of undocumented individuals to ride around from precinct to precinct voting multiple times. That's without knowledge of what will be going on with the voting machines themselves when they are electronic.
Around 3 minutes into the video you can hear Scott Foval, deputy director for "People for the American Way" (nominally a non-profit political advocacy group, ie these are "non-profit" "advisors"), which is working with the Clinton campaign, say:
He's talking about "bussing in" these undocumented individuals who vote multiple times, in multiple precincts. They explain later that they can have them all use individual cars instead of buses to make it less obvious what they're doing.Quote:

Later they also talk to a Latino guy who talks about moving around undocumented voters from polling station to polling station. These guys are asked at different points in the film if they will talk to others, because what they are doing could be voter fraud, and these guys are all aware of that and say things like "Oh no it's fine, we don't say anything." They know exactly what they are doing, they are even talking about how to avoid exposure and investigations.
