I think he means NLP, or neuro-linguistic programming. ;)

He's an Acronymian, Kathy — they speak a strange and abridged derivative of English. They say things like "BTDT", "POTUS", "IANAL" and "OMG, WTF!?", and then strangely enough, their fellow Acronymians understand what they're saying. Scientists have speculated that there might be telepathy involved, but as always when dealing with alien species, it is difficult to know for certain until we've seen their brain scans. :p
