I am currently engaged and watching this Netflix scifi- drama ...
Surprisingly it is very good (binge worthy) and i highly
recommend it.

this first season (eight part) series has been dubbed in
English with sub titles ... So it is very easy to watch.

Note, I would share the trailer, but it was made prior to
the Netflix Western/English version release last month.

Below is a review which i pretty much totally agree with
and for those who would like a non spoiler take on.

Today I went to downtown Los Angeles in the Lincoln Park area where the union pacific Rail road tracks are you won’t believe your eyes they are over 1000 packages stolen from the cargo containers and the thieves leave all the empty packages on the railroad tracks somewhere not even open yet most of them are packages from UPS FedEx and Amazon I also saw a derailed It’s unbelievable you have to see it with your own eyes please share this video with your friends

Hello guys . I got many questions about my work on Youtube. Will I leave Youtube? What will be with Different Russia channel? What are my video plans? I'll tell you how I see my uncertain future now (because it can change very fast).

I will continue to make videos even if no one pays me for it (I will film for myself, for my family, for my friends) But if my videos turn into a hobby that is not monetized in any way (it used to be YouTube advertising), then I will have to work somewhere to earn my living. And I will not be able to devote as much time to my hobby as I do now.

At the moment I work half a day in the office and half a day on YouTube. If YouTube leaves Russia and nothing appears in return, then I will work in the office not half a day, as it is now, but the whole day, and I will have time for videos only during the weekends. I just won't be able to make videos often due to lack of free time. If Youtube leaves Russia I hope that at least some alternative of it will appear.

Nicolas Cage’s ‘Unbearable Weight’
Gets Rare Perfect Rotten Tomatoes Score, a Career Best ...

"Nicolas Cage is getting some of the best reviews of his career … for playing Nicolas Cage.

The actor’s new comedy The Unbearable Weight of Massive Talent currently has a rare 100 percent critics‘ score on aggregate site Rotten Tomatoes.

The reviews follow the film’s world premiere at the South by Southwest festival on Saturday night in Austin, Texas.

As there are only 15 reviews so far, it’s probable that the score will dip as more reviews are added. But for now, it’s the highest-scoring film of the 170 Cage-credited titles on the site.

In the film, Cage plays a fictionalized version of himself who’s offered $1 million to appear at the birthday party of a mega fan (Pedro Pascal). But the fan may not be as he seems, and “Cage” soon finds himself going down a funhouse mirror rabbit hole of his past roles and finding himself in a Cage-style action movie.

The Hollywood Reporter‘s John DeFore called it “a romp aimed at cultists who have sought out the Crazy Cage performances and forgiven the misfires in between.” Variety‘s Owen Glieberman dubbed it “A commercial comedy that has a delirious good time poking fun at Nicolas Cage, celebrating everything that makes him Nicolas Cage — and, in the end, actually becoming a Nicolas Cage movie, which turns out to be both a cheesy thing and a special thing.” IndieWire‘s Judy Dry gave it an A- and wrote, “There’s something for everyone in The Unbearable Weight of Massive Talent. It’s one of the funniest movies of the year.”

The film is currently hovering above some of Cage’s career-best performances in 2021’s Pig (96 percent), 2002’s Adaptation (90 percent), 1987’s Moonstruck (94 percent), 1997’s Face/Off (92 percent), 1993’s Red Rock West (97 percent — an under-appreciated and underseen title, by the way) and 1995’s Leaving Las Vegas (for which Cage won an Oscar for Best Actor).

The Unbearable Weight reviews are all the more ironic given Cage’s enormous initial reluctance to do the film. “I turned it down three or four times, I wanted no part of it,” the actor told THR in a recent candid interview. The actor also discussed the roller coaster experience of making the film, explained why he’s accepted so many roles in recent years and broke down the method behind his acting madness."

Scientists Say There May Be a Mirror Universe
in Which Time Runs Backwards

"Think Daylight Savings Time is bad? At least you don’t live in what scientists are calling the “anti-universe,” a hypothetical mirror to the one we know and loathe — where time runs freakin’ backwards, starting at the Big Bang.

As Live Science reports, a recently published paper by an international team of theoretical physicists is lending credibility to the concept of such an “anti-universe” — a theory which could also help explain the existence of dark matter, a mysterious yet abundant substance filling our universe.

The theory behind the study, set to be published in the journal Annals of Physics, relies on what physicists call the three fundamental symmetries in nature. In the Standard Model of Particle Physics, they are: charge, because flipping the charge of a particle in a given interaction results in an equal and opposite charge; parity, because the mirror image of a particle interaction will look the same as the original; and time, because interactions that run backwards in time look the same as their original.

These three fundamental symmetries, the scientists say, suggest the existence of a mirror universe that would be the exact opposite of ours, meaning it would be filled with oppositely charged and mirrored particles that are going backwards in time.

The theory could also shed light on the ambiguity of dark matter — which is said to make up 95 percent of our Universe, yet is completely invisible to us.

In this anti-universe, dark matter would be primarily made up of a new kind of neutrino, the extremely high-energy and low-density subatomic particles that carry neither a positive nor negative charge.

As Live Science notes, there are three known types of neutrinos that are all left-handed, meaning they spin to the left, while all other known particles have both left- and right-handed variations.

That could mean there are right-handed neutrinos somewhere out there that we can’t detect, as scientists have suggested in the past.

These right-handed neutrinos, the researchers add, would likely be invisible but would nonetheless influence the rest of the universe when interacting with gravity.

That’s essentially how we understand dark matter as well, the physicists argue, which we cannot see but are aware of because it, too, only interacts with the rest of the universe via gravity.

If symmetry exists everywhere else, the paper explains, it would necessitate right-handed neutrinos in as great an abundance as their left-handed counterparts — which would in turn be enough to account for dark matter.

We’re a long way from figuring out what dark matter is. But when we do, it may be as shocking as the discovery of a flipped universe that runs backwards in time."

"No one argues anymore.

Oh, sure, we fight, we debate, we lecture and scold (“hold accountable”). We don’t argue. Maybe, if we’re savvy, we use argument to fight (debate, lecture, scold) the way one uses a bludgeon. We inflict violence on each other, slapping each other with sense, hoping we go cross-eyed from the impact so maybe we can finally see our own stupidity.

When we do argue, it’s not to resolve a dispute, but to advance a conflict. We battle, and give no thought to the war, much less to winning it. We are street fighters, always ready to fight again another day. No one duels anymore, a sportsman’s fight to end the hostility—or, hope beyond hope, resolve it for good. Now there are only turf wars, bloody turf wars, where we wrestle over the same sliver of intellectual real estate, back and forth, back and forth.

No one argues anymore, perhaps because no one knows how, perhaps because no one cares to learn, perhaps because no one sees the point.

Argument, we are told, is about persuasion, so that’s probably our first mistake. That is too simplistic, too reduced. Argument is about persuasion as sex is about procreation. Persuasion may be its designed purpose, the logic at the foundation of the act, but to simplify and reduce it to that and only that is to dehumanize and anti-socialize a profoundly creative, generative, and beautiful art.

Art is argument. There is an art to argument. All artists make arguments, claims about the world that are expressed through and embodied in their art. The artist says to the world, “this story will fill you with righteous fury” and, through their artistic choices and mastery of their medium, they make their argument through character, plot, and dialog that you should feel that righteous fury. The proof of their argument, the way they show you that what they claim is true, is in the undeniable persuasive power of that burning, that righteous burning, deep within your chest. (—if, that is, they successfully argued their case.)

Through argument, we express ourselves—who we are, what we believe, the world as we experience it, the world as we believe it should (or shouldn’t) be.

Argument is an art form, like storytelling. It crosses mediums. Novelists are obviously not the only storytellers, nor are film makers or documentarians or cartoonists. Musicians write entire instrumental epics that follow the arc of the Hero’s Journey. Visual artists abstractly illustrate the birth and death of a young love. So, too, do musicians skilled in argument make claims like “this song will make you have fun, and I’ll prove it—that beat is so infectious you can’t help but dance, and, what? —are you going to tell me you can dance and not have fun?”

Like any art form, there is a craft to it. Mastery of the medium is necessary, but not sufficient, to making good art. So, too, with argument. There is a structure, there are rules. One must be skilled with the tools: vocabulary, evidence, logic, authenticity, veracity, charm.

But, remember: the world’s greatest instrumentalist can play the world’s most beautiful song, but that doesn’t mean he can compose it.

Composing a beautiful argument is different than finding a winning argument. A beautiful argument is right, it is true. When you argue with an individual and your goal is only to win, it’s perfectly reasonable to sacrifice the truth to persuade. You might lie, you might manipulate, you might bully or frighten or coerce, all of which can be far more persuasive than argument. When you argue to the world with the same goal, you might propagandize or preach, playing the game of power. But when you argue to posterity, when you argue in the name of beauty and truth, you are playing a different, bigger, infinite game.

To argue beautifully, to aspire to truth in every argument you make, is an act of love and self-love. You are giving the respect to us and to yourself that your beliefs are worthy of explanation, that what you say is worthy of the time and effort to say it, to create a shared reality. We argue to share. To argue, artfully, cannot be done selfishly or hatefully. By definition, then, we don’t (we can’t) argue with people we see as unworthy. We only put in the effort for people we care about sharing our world with, those fellow travelers and truth-seekers we trust with our perspective.

One argues with their equals, not their lessers. One might use argument, though even when done lovingly it is like the argument of a parent to a child (which, of course, is no argument at all).

That, I believe, is why no one argues anymore. We see our neighbors, at best, as misguided fools in need of our advice. At worst, we are completely disinterested in giving them that respect, that love, because we stopped believing they deserve it. Arguing with such people seems pointless, so we never care to do it, so we forget how to do it.

This means we have it backwards: we antagonize, coerce, and fight because we don’t argue.

But we can learn to argue again. I believe more of us can learn to argue with authenticity and passion, to argue by true evidence and self-evident truths. We can stop worrying so much about persuasion, or about power, or about being less wrong. We can learn, instead, to argue like artists, taking this reality as either inspiration or cautionary tale, and inviting each other to imagine a new one.

But this constant striving for validation can quickly become an addiction, one that has devastating consequences for psychological health. And it is young people who are most susceptible. This documentary shows the real dangers of this "dictatorship of happiness" on social networks, and introduces viewers to some of its young victims.

Danny was 14 when he posted his first selfie on Facebook. But he didn't get many likes. So he posted more and more photos in a desperate quest for recognition. Soon he was posting hundreds of selfies a day. He stopped eating in order to "optimize" his body, and lost 12 kilograms. Then he stopped going to school and didn't leave the house for six months: He had come to believe he was so ugly that people would be afraid of him. In desperation, he even attempted suicide. It wasn't until Danny made a clean break from all "social media" that he slowly recovered.

His story may sound extreme. But with the invention of "likes" and the concept of self-promotion, according to which everything has to be confirmed by others to be considered real, the creators of social networks are changing our behavior. Marie, 22, has 4,922 followers and her biggest worry is disappointing her subscribers. She spends one day a week tweaking the image of her perfect Parisian life. She spends hours on her makeup and takes hundreds of photos to find the one picture she wants to post. In front of the camera, she breaks down and confesses how vulnerable she feels - and how desperate she is to be liked.

Hi Gio,

I've never been around when you might have described your experiences at the 'ranch'. You mentioned communication with the wolf and I'm wondering how that happened. Intuition, verbally through an interpreter, telepathy, spiritual contact etc. Now, I'm wondering if it was 'the' ranch? Skinwalker?

It was James who spoke of Jedar (as a higher being) transformed upon this plane from the Andromeda Galaxy as a canine ... It wasn't until later at the Eceti Ranch ( upon living alone with Jedar in James Bridge-house), that i got to know him and openly communicate regularly consciously (often via our eyes).

He was the official sentinel watch being on the property, and would often greet and inspect all visitors to the ranch. He was not by far a typical earth canine ... Noting Jedar did not often bark, but when he did it was an alarm to all living there that something was amok.

It wasn't until later, after living at the ranch for quite awhile, that i began to see and witness (what obviously Jedar was perceiving) on higher a dimensional level... I would occasionally converse with James in regards to these experiences, and he would oddly verify nonchalantly these earthly/other worldly strange things.

Though there are similarities between the Eceti Ranch and the Skinwalker Ranch in high strangeness (i.e. recorded Native American folklore, physical abnormalities, and UFO's) The Trout Lake area (the Gifford State Park region in general) is from my perspective more benevolent in nature compared to the Skinwalker Ranch located within Uintah County, Utah.

Perhaps i will share more later, even though i live now within the same state of Washington, it almost seems like another world to me. Oddly many that would visit the ranch back in the day, would send me messages expressing the same sentiments days after visiting and going back to their regular homes and lives.

I listened to this show last night, and it covers a lot in regards to supernatural occurrences and phenomena associated with paranormal entities and sites around the world. The guest is well spoken in his research and knowledge into this subject matter. Even though personally i am well versed in this topic, the show contains some real nuggets of information and insights.

George Knapp - Invisible Tricksters of Cosmic Proportion

COAST TO COAST AM - air date April 17, 2022. With over 30 years of researching the paranormal, UFOs, and mysteries, Barry Fitzgerald (https://ghost-shows.com/barry-fitzgerald-investigator/) joined George Knapp to discuss the idea that the beings we consider angels or devils, gods or demons, may actually be two sides of the same coin. Further, he contends that the afterlife could be an illusion created by the beings that exist within that realm. A lot of the mysterious phenomena associated with ETs and alien abduction are mirrored in the worlds of spirits, the jinn, old gods, and fairy lore, he pointed out, with the common ground being an air of deception. The grand deception is that there are a variety of supernatural beings and entities with agendas and intentions that range from good to evil, when in reality, there is really just one force, he explained.

He recounted the research of Rev. Robert Kirk, a 17th-century Gaelic folklorist, who investigated the fairy realm, and in particular the two factions of seelie and unseelie, said to be positive and negative beings in conflict with each other. Kirk reportedly tried to bring peace between the two groups, but died under mysterious circumstances (possibly involving a changeling) before being able to publish his treatise on the fairies.

Fitzgerald posited an interesting theory that the deceptive beings, including the Grey ETs, have an aversion to iron, including that made within the body. This is because iron interferes with their ability to manipulate us through the magnetic field. So, for instance, aliens are more apt to abduct people who have anemic blood (low in iron), he suggested. Often times, during the first 20 seconds of an encounter with a strange being (including Marian or holy apparitions), people will feel a great sense of fear and discomfort. This is the correct and vital response, he asserted, but after this short period, the being is able to manipulate the human's theta brain wave in a way similar to hypnosis and create false memories.

He also delved into the fascinating Scole experiments, a series of seances conducted in an English village in the 1990s, looking for proof of the afterlife. There were purported manifestations, including a Grey alien that appeared in a bluish hue, a disembodied hand that touched the sitters, and a doorway that seemed to fluctuate and ripple. A "shadow entity" that came through in 1998 communicated that it hailed from a "dimension of nothingness." That dimension, said Fitzgerald, is incredibly close to ours.

Faced with the widespread problem of burnout, many modern companies respond with "mindfulness" in the workplace. Unions and the fight for labor justice are being replaced by therapies and office yoga. And yet, people who are unemployed are worse off than those with jobs — why?

Predictions that digitalization would make people’s work easier and that machines and artificial intelligence would replace us as workers don’t seem to add up. After all, the priority of automation is not to give people more freedom, but to make production more efficient and therefore increase profits.

So how can we free ourselves from the vicious cycle of overwork and consumerism, and learn to relax again?

I had to go into Vegas to have my car worked on. Since it was going to take a few days, I figured I'd make a staycation out of it, and book a room at a place I've always been curious about: the Jockey Club!

This condo tower was built in 1974...and even though giant megaresorts have grown up all around it, the Jockey Club owners refused to sell. Today, neighboring hotel towers block the sun, and the pool is covered with a net to protect guests from being killed by bottles thrown from that next-door neighbor's balconies.

Despite these grim features, I actually found the Jockey Club an AMAZING place to stay -- huge room, awesome location, and most importantly...NO RESORT FEES! I would DEFINITELY stay here again -- this really is the best kept secret in Las Vegas.

Doctors predict that by 2030, half of the world's population will be overweight or obese. An epidemic of obesity is causing a rapid rise in diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and cancer. It's becoming the biggest health challenge worldwide.

Why has no country managed to stop this epidemic? The food industry and government authorities say it's due to a lack of individual self-discipline. Is this true? Or is it the result of collective failure -- a symptom of a liberal society that abhors obesity, yet produces people who are overweight. Is society itself to blame for this situation?

Around the world, politicians, priests, doctors, and average people are standing up to multinational food corporations. They want to take back control of their nutrition and their bodies -- and they're using the law, scientific evidence, and political activism to correct the claim that people who are obese have only themselves to blame. These critics focus on sugary drinks that can be as addictive as some hard drugs; misleading advertising directed at children and low-income people; governments that turn a blind eye to junk-food companies; and lobbying that pushes the limits of legality.

These people say that a "hostile takeover" of our food has been
underway for four decades, and they're demanding new legislation to put a stop to it. This documentary investigates how Chile is leading the way in this struggle. Which country will be the next to confront the big food corporations in the name of public health?

Alan Watts opens up about Religion - thought provoking video

Alan Wilson Watts (6 January 1915 – 16 November 1973) was an English writer, speaker and self-styled "philosophical entertainer", known for interpreting and popularising Japanese, Chinese and Indian traditions of Buddhist, Taoist, and Hindu philosophy for a Western audience. Born in Chislehurst, England, he moved to the United States in 1938 and began Zen training in New York. He received a master's degree in theology from Seabury-Western Theological Seminary and became an Episcopal priest in 1945. He left the ministry in 1950 and moved to California, where he joined the faculty of the American Academy of Asian Studies.

Watts gained a following while working as a volunteer programmer at the KPFA radio station in Berkeley. He wrote more than 25 books and articles on religion and philosophy, introducing the emerging hippie counterculture to The Way of Zen (1957), one of the first bestselling books on Buddhism. In Psychotherapy East and West (1961), he argued that Buddhism could be thought of as a form of psychotherapy. He considered Nature, Man and Woman (1958) to be, "from a literary point of view—the best book I have ever written". He also explored human consciousness and psychedelics in works such as "The New Alchemy" (1958) and The Joyous Cosmology (1962).

After Watts's death, his lectures found posthumous popularity through regular broadcasts on public radio, especially in California and New York, and more recently on the internet, on sites and apps such as YouTube and Spotify. The bulk of his recorded audio talks were during the 1960s and early 1970s.
