This was a splendid video.
Basiago is just hands down a joy to listen to. The guy is just about as smart as you can get in so many different areas, including his communication skills.
Regardless of how outlandish folks may think the story actually is, Basiago himself never comes off as a liar or a sociopath, so I'm inclined to give him the benefit of the doubt.

Not sure where this goes but I was enthralled for a few hours...the real life use of avatars, a misrepresentation, hoax, pen name gone bad, deliberate art or was it despicable DECEPTION...lots of people were slightly burned including Bono. This was back on Avalon of course. BR would show up almost every single time I posted anything at all positive about Basiago and shut down the conversation by saying Basiago was wrong based on BR's Henry Deacon information, and further more Basiago has false memories implanted.
Now I don't know about you, but Deacon gives almost nothing in so far as testimonial to substantiate.
I may not be the most technical guy in the world, but I love analyzing human communication.
I love analyzing a person's story if nothing else. Henry Deacon or Arther Neuman gives virtually nothing in so far as testimony. Hell, Henry Deacon joined Avalon for about a month and it took more restraint then I knew I had not to tear into him and call him a straight up phony based on his cheezy cryptic two or three line statements. He was trying to act all wise and he was hinting that those who got it where in the know and those who couldn't get his cryptic statements were of an inferior intellectual class.
But the whole thing was basically the same deal as "the emperor wears no clothes".
Henry Deacon may have an intellect that applies to a few specific areas, but over all the guy just comes off like a complete idiot.
This is very much the opposite in so far as Basiago is concerned.
I'm not the smartest guy, but I'm blessed/cursed with a bullsh!t detector that has proven to be very accurate over the years.
I don't even need a visual video, usually a good two plus hours of audio, listening to someone tell their story and I can get a read on them.
Basiago is intriguing to no end, and for all of the right reasons. :)

I was tracking Basiago for a while, but when he started thinking the flat earth stuff was real, his cred started dropping as I have absolute, with my own eyes, proof of spherical earth. Then he just disappeared and I quit tracking his statements. But, I think everyone has info of some value, and Andy is no exception. I do have him with a decent chance of being a controlled asset. But then again, I'm almost completely convinced BR is.

I listened to a video listed as such and he didn't out and out support the theory but he did confirm he considered it a possibility given how much NASA has lied over the years. Now again I think flat earth is a psy-op designed to discredit the alternative community, but that being said there are researchers who have been sucked into the flat earth crap who have a body of work that exists as valid outside their allowing for this possibility. Crow777 comes to mind.
I'm not throwing out Crow777's body of work just because he subscribes to the flat earth theory.
And Andrew Basiago is less of a subscriber than he is a suspender of disbelief in the subject as he awaits more info. And I suppose that is fair.

Watching part I of the interviews.
In regards to the comparison with Reagan, "Almost being broke and actually being broke are two different things." Putin's no fool, that's for sure.
"I'm not a woman so I don't have bad days." :omg: Modwiz, you've got a soul-mate here.
He continues, "We all have cycles. But you should never lose control." Honestly, the first thing that popped into my head was our president. I fear he has nothing of Putin's self control. He's more like a woman. And I recall the linguist who observed how he talks like a woman, using the "I" pronoun a great deal.
Paraphrasing: We can toast and we will. But not until our work is done. Later: I will answer your question frankly and in great detail, but not until I retire.
"...It's impossible to control everything." Control freaks of the world, listen to him. Putin is very smart. This is evident in the interviews. And he is capable of being leader for a long time. We are short-sighted here.
As he speaks of the possibility of a US policy to bring down the Russian economy and disarm it regarding nukes he explains why this would be an erroneous policy, "...people do not see 25 to 50 years into the future...they should be trying to work with Russia...and not turn it into a vassal."

I listened to a video listed as such and he didn't out and out support the theory but he did confirm he considered it a possibility given how much NASA has lied over the years. Now again I think flat earth is a psy-op designed to discredit the alternative community, but that being said there are researchers who have been sucked into the flat earth crap who have a body of work that exists as valid outside their allowing for this possibility. Crow777 comes to mind.
I'm not throwing out Crow777's body of work just because he subscribes to the flat earth theory.
And Andrew Basiago is less of a subscriber than he is a suspender of disbelief in the subject as he awaits more info. And I suppose that is fair.

I agree with your post totally Dreamtimer and this goes as far as all 4 episodes! I divide "ideas" into two sections: those which I have personal observational proof of (axioms) and derivations (proofs) from those axioms, and those that I don't. I've extended the hard proofs into the probabilistic area using subjective and objective probability techniques as well. When presented with an object counter to an axiom or derived proof, I tend to reject it assuming there are no extenuating connections or conditionals that might invalidate the coverage of axiom or proof. Flat earth falls into this first category, it is counter to an actual observable axiom, therefore not worth further consideration as no confounding conditions are present. I didn't reject Flat Earth out of hand, given that Basiago was considering it, I examined it carefully and then rejected it as false. I actually watched several videos and read several articles about it and found nothing worthy. My time is valuable, I can only spend so much time on high probability false things.
I've found such analysis allows one to cut thru a lot of ideas quite quickly, the only problem is, the set of high probable items of being true is considerably smaller than the items that are unproven or low probability.
So, I gave Basiago benefit of the doubt, for a time. Unfortunately his "true" percentage suffered a bit from Flat Earth. I now consider him a likely candidate for being a controlled opposition asset given examination of his time travel and Mars episodes.

I'm still listening to it as I'm typing this, but I've already had several red flags going up with Andrew Basiago.
In this interview, he claims that no children were ever sent to Mars, and yet he has already testified several times in earlier interviews and presentations that he was still a young boy when he was sent to Mars and when he was engaged in time travel with his father.
He has in the past referred and is in this interview still referring to his paper regarding life on Mars as "groundbreaking", and similarly aggrandizing adjectives.
He is unashamedly referring to himself as "an American hero".
These last two statements tell me that he's either a narcissist or a counter-intelligence operative, or both.

I find these interviews with Andy Basiago to be bombshells, I certainly wish he had given such an interview a year or two ago. But then, if it had happened it may have lit the fuse starting the alt-world disintegration we are witnessing now. But perhaps we can blame now outed CIA operative Steven Greer for the first round of this fiasco last fall.
As probably the first person to advance the idea here at TOT that BR is running a psyop in regards to CG and perhaps DW, and then taken to task for it by many here, I think Basiago backs up my logic with his own. As I have my own compass of logic to guide me it will not affect me, but I fear the alt community at large is now fragmenting into several pieces and many could easily turn away from many of the worthy ideas we have in the community due to internecine warfare. We could be then viewed as a community of woo-woo crazies who can't stand each other. If Basiago goes forward with his threats of suing other claimants that will only further the fractionation. Dark night of the soul for the alt-world, but we probably karmicly deserve it.

In part four of the Putin interviews, Oliver brings up the possibility of hacking turning the lights out in Russia and the Russian people being afraid like the Americans would be.
Putin says, "It is almost impossible to sow fear among the Russian citizens." Wow. I don't think it's so hard here.
I really hope I'm wrong. (But we attack each other, and divide against each other).
Putin speculates that maybe Trump can "open a new page in US-Russia relations." Trump has certainly done business with plenty of Russians. He had his pageant in Moscow.
But I worry about his pattern of making sure he's taken care of regardless of whether the business succeeds. If he applies that to being CEO of the US, then he'll be sure to be OK even if we fail. It's not an America First pattern of behavior. It's a Trump first. Not sure how that will play out in relations with Russia.
Putin: "My father died two months before I was as appointed Prime Minister...when I would go visit him in the hospital he would always tell the nurses, 'Look, here's my president coming.'"
I had forgotten that Putin was from St. Petersburg. I've noticed him encourage visiting St. Petersburg. It is beautiful. And the history is fascinating. Peter wanted a European kind of port city. And he built it up while the Swedes were distracted and then held his ground when they came back. I totally understood why he was called Peter the Great.
Awesome finish. Putin's humanity really comes through. That discipline is so evident. I believe I have a better understanding now of why he's had such long-term success.

I noticed the other elephant in the background moving back and forth, clearly wanting to help but unable.
Elephants are cooperative in herds and in raising young. They are matriarchal. Unfortunately for young males, they have to live much more on their own.
When a large male comes in to mate he doesn't simply take his choice. The females must approve of him first and will drive him off if he's not right. They also will surround the mating pair and even move in circles making quite a noise. It's a group effort.

Do you mean bruised? She had an incident a year or so ago where she announced she'd been attacked by a scalar weapon. There were some who expressed concerns that she'd developed Bell's Palsy. Whatever it was may have had a lasting effect, but I'm not sure what you're seeing.

I was around when Charles de Gaulle pulled France out of NATO and started the current American hate of all things French. Traveling to Paris and being insulted by French waiters over your pigeon French didn't help much either, I suppose.
When I travel in the French countryside, I am struck by the similarities of the French to Americans. In face to face dealings, both are kind jingoists. I love all things French, I guess it points to my last incarnation as a French infantryman who died in a gas attack in WW I.

To the best of my knowledge, Christine currently resides in Mexico, not in the USA, and if El Hombre Con Sombrero™ were to set foot in the USA, then he's very likely to get arrested over the matter with the fake Picasso. He was convicted in absentia and there's still a standing warrant out on him over that affair.
So if someone were to take him for a ride, like Batman did to the Chinese guy in Nolan's The Dark Knight, and bring him back to the US and deliver him to Commissioner Gordon then BR's food fight with CG might be over as he'd have his hands full fighting the law?
...it wouldn't happen, for the same reason the Joker was sprung in the same movie: BR has dark side help.

The Social Security Trust Fund is BANKRUPT.
Presidents, all the way back to Johnson (36), have STOLEN trillions of dollars from the Fund. All of us who have paid our entire lives into SS are facing a failure of both Social Security, and Medicare (which is funded by the SS Trust Fund). Someone must step-up and fix this problem before it's too late. The time to fix it is NOW. Somehow, living in a dream-world of free lunches, has made this slap-in-the-face from reality, some sore of "Ugly, hard, mean, and better" thing.
The primary cause of this failure is Medicaid. Under Obama, trillions of dollars were diverted from the Social Security Trust Fund to pay the medical expenses for illegal aliens, drug addicts, and deadbeats, among others. In so many cases, the loss of jobs in America was a direct result of Obams's Globalist Policies. Medicaid was intended for only those who legitimately couldn't afford to pay.
When someone gets a full time job, the company traditionally picks-up their medical coverage. The tax cut to "corporations and the wealthy that pay for insurance subsidies" (Senate Bill), is a good thing. The more full-time jobs available to working Americans, the more individuals on corporate-payroll-medical-programs.

The health care system was not devised and planned in any sort of way as coming from employment. That was a benefit. Period. It used to be a point of competition, it was how companies wooed employees. "What are the bennies? Do they offer health care?"
It was never nationally designed or in any way part of popular referendum to be that way. And it's part of why health care became so quickly about money and insurance and doctors started to lose money.
General practitioners hardly make money anymore because of so much liability. Doctors become specialists so they can make money. It's always about the money.
The raiding of SS Trust Fund was for money. Money to pay for plenty of non-social programs.
We didn't plan it and we didn't stop the insurance/HMO/hospital/drug costs from skyrocketing.
Because money.

I've been listening to Steele for quite some time. I have an entire library of his videos saved. I listened to the one you offered, as well.
My take on the body of Steele's work is: He osculates, back-and-forth, between loving Trump, and hating Trump.
His message is quite often, spot-on, as it was in the above video.
However, one significant point I see Steele missing is, he isn't telling the whole story regarding the WAR the intelligence community is engaged in, with the Trump Administration. i.e., the President is not getting good intelligence, and he may be completely oblivious to the fact that most of the recent turmoil in the Middle East is the result of the Black Ops of this Intelligence Community.
I, for one, am in favor of giving the President a chance. He's only been in office for a few months, and the entire swamp in DC is working against him....

Under a Constitutional Convention there are no limits. It's dangerous to the Constitution. The Convention can proceed into any area of change they can propose with a majority. How many convention delegates do you suppose would be there as an agent of the Bank?

Sorry, heyokah. I didn't see your question right away. Exit-0 was on the right track. I have a friend who is an assistant DA and told me years ago that a Constitutional Convention is the quickest way to lose your rights.
The clarification on the Article V is important. I have not watched the video yet.
My immediate concern would be when people try to broaden the scope once the process begins. Powers of the Federal Govt. is already a huge category. If undoing law is involved, there has to be action by Congress. If it's powers are diminished as the former CIA agent says, that's going to have a lot of unexpected consequences.
Definitely keep asking questions, heyokah. It seems paramount these days.

As a former member of the American Politico-Military Machine having had a "Black" Clearance and now tending to Anarchism as a result; IMO if you let these Deep State controlled Politicos open any sort of Pandora's box of a convention to change the Constitution, expect trouble.

Seeing the China claim line on the map above makes me think think of overreach and little piggy. It should be noted that Malaysia and Indonesia were culturally influenced by Hindu culture and it was never by conquest. So, despite the South China Sea name, historic precedence of culture and present day proximity of now sea-faring nations, China should stop behaving like the USA. Wish I had eye-balled this map before making comments on the show.

I would just like to add for clarity that, contrary to what people may think, I do not have a Belgian/Flemish accent when speaking English — if you want to hear what a Flemish accent sounds like in English, then you should check out Bill Ryan and Kerry Cassidy's interview with Patrick Geryl, a Belgian scientist — but the fact is that I barely ever use my voice (and thus also my mouth) for talking.
I live a pretty isolated life, and barring a fortnightly visit to my brother and an occasional "Hi, long time no see, how are you?" when I run into someone familiar at the supermarket, I'm not used to speaking anymore. And so my voice has gotten all husky and my pronunciation is somewhat slurred. I sound the same when I'm speaking Dutch (or any other language), so even when compared to my own countrymen, I tend to sound "out of place". :belief:
But then again, this whole physical existence is alien to me, so... ;) :ttr: <cue woo-woo music theme> :p

Last night's Transpicuous Views was a perfect example of that, that after an hour of discussing all that I had planned to talk about- timeloops, the repeating cycles, etc...... there was nothing anyone wanted to really talk about. The last hour of the show was more of an Un****er chat on a wide range of topics from candy & aspartame, to infant formula & vitamins, to false flag bullshittery. Technically I should switch to progressive lenses too, but I haven't yet so far. But according to my optician, they've already gotten very good by now. So perhaps you could give it a try with a pair that you only have to keep for a month or so. That shouldn't be too expensive, and if you don't like them, then you can easily discard them. :hmm:

Sorry for the wall of text, I hope it is of use.
I've had a bit of a look at the chat sequences and they are quite interesting. I don't have a lot of data, I don't pay for a line to my house, so I can't really go watching everything and anything... that's half the point in limiting myself like that. But the riding thread of conversation regards the role of an 'alt' community and the dynamics of forums is very interesting and valid.
In fact it links into a very important factor regards moving forward.
Most of you have alluded to it. I see it as learning to discuss. Forum members talking about subjects helps to shatter the silence between posts in which we can invent or distort stuff as listeners. But mainly it helps display as an aide, who we are, and how dialogue works. Forums of this make up, that is alternative ones, show us more than news and views. They show the type of dynamics through friction and clash as well as through harmony.
They have improved a lot to some extents. My first alt forum was in 2007, it was a fairly small one but it was perhaps at the time one of the best. At the time there were ones like ATS and the David Icke forum, and that other one someone on the Emporium talks mentioned. But they were filled with hysteria. Somewhat a rumpus room for people who were bouncing around with all sorts of half hatched theories and fears. The Michael Tsarion forum that I belonged to had a bit more interest in consciousness and spirituality. There were some VERY good posters there at the time, I did eventually get sick of it as there were still a reasonable amount of people hitting walls and lashing out. All and all it was still quite supportive and I still see it as the first forum of its kind. Mtsar Forum it was called. Anyway, it seemed like Michael had enough of it, being a lord of the manor, and he ended up ejecting everyone and filling the place with his own rants and then shutting it down all together. I had left by that stage. I had several times described to the members how I felt that after a time people just became addicted to searching for all this stuff and were in a state of stagnation, just enjoying the drama and mystery of it all. Addicted to the events of things happening. I think 911 was a great starter for event addiction. It was there before, but people were introduced to the 24 hour coverage.
Anyway, at the time I left there were a few videos coming out from a couple calling themselves Project Camelot. Their videos seemed really good compared to what others were doing. There weren't really "reporters" making videos at that stage, we were left to watch presentations from seminars that people had recorded, generally.
At this same time, MySpace and Facebook were just starting off really, and it was over this time that social media became mainstream. The influx of people into the realm of the internet set off a few truckloads of fireworks as the shock of the new swallowed them up. All the little roots to trip over and the new bells and buttons to test drive. The notion of being offended by peoples words and excited by different internet based tricks and one liners. In many areas, chaos ensued. Everyone shouting over top of each other and being triggered immensely by triggers we have now learned to deal with. I frequently remove myself from these environments, usually just by getting busy elsewhere, but it is also from this ongoing opinion that it can be a bit of a thought trap, an endless supply of rabbit holes and conspiracies that only need to be one third distraction.
Things have indeed improved though I feel.
So, I had not been involved in any forums for a year and a half in 2011. I had still been watching videos and searching the web, but only once a week kind of thing. On the 3rd of January '11, I woke early and a little rattled by a dream which I had instantly forgotten. I did something out of character for me and reached straight for my laptop while in bed and for some really weird reason found myself putting in a Project Camelot search in google. It came up with Project Avalon new video Rulers of the world. I went to the Avalon home page and clicked play and then saw a forum link and clicked it and applied to join. Then I began watching the video. It still is a very weird period for me, there were many many people sort of saying the same thing, that they just kind of accidentally found themselves there. A form of magnetism bringing in people who needed to witness what we were about to witness. The 'Charles' thing. Mod, you joined a day later from memory. I remember a lot of you, I remember identifying Inelia early on and messaging her that I see she has some bigger part in this. What an amazing lesson we were given. It was clear to see, how the so called aware and awakening were still susceptible, if not even more susceptible to being pretty much put under a spell. The hysteria of the mob went on for weeks and weeks, the infighting began, the suspicion as someof us started hanging out in the chatroom, and then Charles started coming in there, and then he started talking to those few he spoke to, who were then connected to the people in the chatroom and everyone became guilty by association. I needed to read every single post made in the threads, I felt. I was on the fence somewhat. There came the point where I started seeing more, the way people were acting, it was scary and insightful how mob rule operates, and it gave me a bit of a sense of helplessness in knowing that this is the real hurdle that humanity has to get over, our own, as a group, when the sh!t hits the fan. The temptation is to enter this fight or flight state of needing to choose a side. The ever present hero worshipping element, how once 'aware' people quickly became like bashful teenagers around their idol. All from the power of suggestion and an emotional yearning for truth. Truth seeking can be a trap when you stumble across what you think is REAL TRUTH.
I managed to step back again before the end of that, I went to the nexus forum with some of the others but it quickly became more infrequent. Over that time I heard back how the group I was 'hanging' with, largely became the 18 that gets spoken of. By that stage I was completely over it, but glad for the experience. It is still the biggest social experiment I have been involved in and should be used as a benchmark for how progress is going regards later charlatans.
Back to learning to communicate, we now have a few of these scenarios under our belt and hopefully are wiser for it.
I liked the use of the matrix as a metaphor and road map. But I frequently think too, of Bilbo's ring. As history. The ring of power, the burden it is to carry and the effects it has on once good people. The persuasiveness and corruptibility of power. Knowledge is power, but not exclusively. The triggers which set off the mob rule mind of hysteria and malreasoning are often fed by ones successes and failures with the ring of power. The question is, can you trust people. That person or those people, singular or in a group. The observation of people reacting to Charles says, no, no you can't. But you don't have to take them out of play. It is just a counter to the heart wishing to think the best of everyone. Knowing that this can be possible to think the best of everyone, but understanding the pull of the ring and how people will have their price in which they will be emotionally hijacked into believing or accepting something.
Dialogue helps. The silence between helps. Learning how some people feel uncomfortable when the music stops, where others desire the gaps to breathe. In New Zealand Maori culture we have the talking stick. It is held by the person who is to talk and passed on, it is a symbol that says everyone has their chance to be heard, and that it takes as long as it takes for the stick to complete the circle. For often the decision a group makes is not the most important part of coming together, it is that everyone was heard.
