It's quite common that the PTB release news of their negative actions before they actually happen, an example being when the BBC announced the collapse of one of the buildings at the WTC before it actually happened.
In Azerbaijan, however, they announced the election victory one day ahead of the election! It's a pity they haven't done this in the west yet causing the people to wake up in a big way!
