I'm wondering if this is the same account that was discussed in UK parliament around 2010. Seems very familiar.

No, I did not read them. The Ambassador is well aware of the "hidden" money, except it is held, not hidden. The RDF is very committed to making things correct with humanity. The various accounts represent only the interest paid to the RDF for their loans to various gubmints. They took advantage of criminal usury to increase the wealth. White Spiritual Boy account is one of many.

Blackheath was speaking of one account only and it was an RDF one.
