Did not see this one before, video is bad, sound is excellent.

Below text came with vid.

This video was filmed by Dan Willis in Rachel NV, 1991.
The original video was stolen but this backup copy which Dan made has severe interference from a magnetic field for some reason, the audio is clear.
The NRO put out a classified advisory about the meeting to the Groom Lake base with a distribution to MAJI OPS and COSMIC OPS these operations deal exclusively with the extraterrestrial issue.

What a great find!! I tend to put some faith in Bob's answers as he has always seemed very authentic, matter of fact, rational, and unassuming. Although this is quite a number of years ago he does not seem to have changed in his personal presentation or answers in his recent public appearance.
