I like the Bulletproof diet very much. I have been a dieter my whole life and this diet is painless and effective. I did the diet religiously for the month of December. what originally attracted me was that I could have guilt-free coffee. And wow, Bulletproof coffee keeps me going all morning with no thought of food. I did a really strict version, which I intend to go back to, and lose a few more pounds. It's great for long-term maintenance - you don't feel deprived.

On death, I just hosted a "Plan your Death" party today. We got together and filled out forms including a Will, "My Choice" (referring to medical choices should you be incapacitated) and other forms pertaining to financial and burial/cremation/green choices. It was fun and empowering to talk about the possibilities, effects on family members and just "going there" as far as accepting the inevitable. I enjoyed your discussion on the fear of death. it is uplifting and very different from other points of view which claim we are on a prison planet and it's not easy to escape the wheel of karma. I'm not making any decisions, just floating it all, but if I had to choose, my favorite is LSD>
