I hope he has continued to get better through the earth's herb. Bless.

17-Year-Old Girl Forcefully Taken From Her Parents By Govt Agents for Refusing Chemotherapy

Hartford, Connecticut – 17-year-old Cassandra Fortin has been taken from her family against her will because she refused chemotherapy.

Cassandra was recently diagnosed with Hodgkin’s Lymphoma, but like many people with cancer, Cassandra wants to look into natural options for treatment, instead of chemotherapy. While chemotherapy is heavily pushed by pharmaceutical companies and backed up by government funded science, there are other options for people and everyone should be free to chose their own path in healing.

Doctors at the Connecticut Children’s Medical Center forced Cassandra to undergo chemotherapy against her will, so she quickly ran away from home to get away from the situation.

Her parents supported her decision to reject chemo, but unfortunately their hands were tied as well because they were pressured legally by the doctors.

“She has always—even years ago—said that if she was diagnosed with cancer, she would not put poison into her body,” Cassandra’s mother, Jackie Forton told reporters.

Next, the Fortins were reported to the Connecticut Department of Children and Families for allegedly neglecting their daughter’s medical care.

“CCMC reported to DCF that I was not giving medical attention to my daughter,” Fortin said.

At that point she was physically apprehended by government agents and forced through chemotherapy. According to her family, she got into a physical altercation defending herself from doctors, until she was eventually subdued and strapped down to a table.

The state held a hearing in November, and ultimately gave the Department of Children and Families temporary custody of Cassandra, taking her away from her family.

Connecticut Children’s Medical Center Communications Director Bob Fraleigh released the following statement to NBC News:

“Connecticut Children’s is working closely with the Department of Children and Families. We are grateful that the Supreme Court has agreed to take on this very important case and we look forward to their guidance. Due to HIPAA regulations, we cannot provide any additional information at this time.”

Luckily, Cassandra will turn 18 in September, which is when the state says she is able to make up her own mind.

“When you think about what freedom means, a big part of it means being able to say to the government, ‘You can’t tell me what to do with my own body,’” family attorney Michael Taylor said.

“There are a lot of ways the state recognizes that people who are under 18 can be mature enough to make very important decisions,” Taylor added.

The case will be heard at the State Supreme Court on Thursday, January 8th.

Laws and who,s Laws come to mind and why?
from birth we have our guardians whom are our parents to guide us.
but we are all still a sovereign being.
the guidance is for us to get use to this planet and where we fit in on this journey.
but so much has changed that the guidance has gone to control and programming, greed and corruption of the soul.
that even in our own families from past to now we are told to follow a system.
do as your told!
do what,s right!
do what is expected of you!
conform!

choice and freewill i feel is gonna make a comeback.
maybe not in our lifetime but in our children s lifetime.

re education is needed.

Everything that grows on this planet is for the beings on it to use freely. Marijuana is a plant, like a rose, an apple. Prohibition against interacting with Nature, in any way we choose to, is unlawful at every level. Legality is an archontic spiders web to ensnare and drain precious fluids form us. We see polls where somepeople are still opposed to legalization. It is this part of the population that sustains this prohibition. They legitimize the illegitimate.

I read that when you posted it Russ , lets hope they have a good Lawyer who can get it adjourned and keep doing so until the 18th B/day so they lose their abusive power over her .

The power they (system, government) have assumed over her -- regardless of her age -- is intolerable. How dare they? I am unable to comprehend this because it is murderously insane.

Choice and freewill is already making a comeback. My whole life, I've never conformed. There are many of us who 'appear' to fit in when we never have. We never could. We're on the leading edge. The veil is lifting. This is the Apocalypse. :)

Although every parent does it (including myself) unaware of what they do . Conned into thinking they are doing the right thing .

Yes, I know about that. To me it's just a sh!tey little piece of paper that means sh!te. No one has power over you unless you allow it.

We've all been conned and we've all unwittingly allowed it. Right now we must all work on regaining our power bit by bit in a manner that prevents the least amount of hardship for all. After all, we're dismantling the system of slavery from within.

I agree , it is ****e , as you put it and people need to know about it so they cannot be taken from their parents .

Absolutely correctamundo. That's why we're talking about this -- to bring this into the awareness of more people.

Maybe its time we also created our own birth certificates in a similar fashion to Promissory notes Stoat?

Michael Tellinger shows us how to do just that here:

http://jandeane81.com/threads/4987-How-to-create-your-own-Promissory-Notes-Michael-Tellinger?p=841891098#post841891098

I really do believe this is the best way to bring down big corrupt corporations by using their own legalities to bankrupt them?

The flip side being, its just too technical for the masses to realise they are just an investment bond at birth, and that they can actually reclaim full sovereignity.

Everything these days just seems to be a bit of legal paper....

Who invents this sh!te, eh? What the heck does 'legal' mean anyway? Who 'writes' the 'laws'? Who needs 'laws'? The lawmakers? Why? To control the masses? How convenient.

We could use some basic rules we all agree with... but, that's about it. :)

The more dysfunctional the lawmakers make society, the more their laws look reasonable.

A self perpetuating sick trip to tyranny.

For a time, this has worked on us: 'Ordo ad Chaos'.

Their 'laws' no longer look reasonable. In fact, no law is reasonable. We're waking up.
