Control is an illusion. The tighter it seems, the closer it is to its own end. Control is all about security not because it ensures security, but because control is the impulse of the insecure. When somebody seeks total control, it is because they are totally insecure. For that reason, the drive to control more and more is a reassurance — it is a flagrant admission on behalf of the masterds that they are thoroughly insecure.

Gun control is a paramount example of the truth of this. If the US government were sure of its power, and sure it had the blessing of the American people, it would not fear that people having guns.

Well said. They are afraid of the people and so they should be, before they started all this crap with Ebola, impending medical martial law, possibly hauling people off to FEMA Camps and possible forced vaccinations.

I have a feeling there is a perfect storm on the way. It won't be pretty but my bet is on the good guys with guns.
