Good , the hoaxers cloud what is already a difficult subject to get others to believe in . At least we can use this to show others how to identify a hoax and help to recognize the real deal .

I really wanted to believe this footage was what it claimed to be when I first saw it. But the first and most persistent question in my own mind was "why TV video footage of a similarly poor quality to that of the public broadcast when good stills (with Hasselblad cameras) or on-site video recordings would be much more convincing?"

But, you could ask exactly the same question about the 'official' images from the moon. If they can read license plates from orbiting satellites through 60k feet of atmosphere here on earth, I'm damn sure they can take brilliant photos of the moon.
