Video poster feels it is not a natural happening. Definitely possible based on all the new technology available and countries willingness to use it without moral consideration as to what they might be tampering with.

OTOH, there are many things happening naturally (or so it seems) in our solar system that have baffled scientists. One that quickly comes to mind is the strange ribbon of energy and particles at the edge of the solar system first spotted by a NASA spacecraft back in 2009. if this is a digitally enhanced telescope bringing in images via a sattelite then what we are seeing is a refresh rate of the image being beamed in.

so what the video would be representing is a series of stills that are refreshed every so often.. the angles may change because the satellite is in orbit relative to the earth ? perhaos or realite to nothing .. it may just be moving in a slow circular motion to give a 360 multispherical coverage.

The part where he didn't understand is very interesting (at 11.30). He didn't understand it because he didn't read carefully. A couple of lines above the red sentences it was explained about each one oh the three genotype groups. Genotype 44 is said to have their brain connected to the planet's satellites. The reason why satellites is plural is because further up is said that there were 3 moons before but the two were destroyed.
