I think many have heard about the work of Kevin Annet. He tries not just to expose the legitimacy of the most powerful people on the planet. From this video it seems they've gone further and actually they are creating citizen;s courts and sheriffs which are going to function by the end of March this year.
I really hope they will succeed but how plausible is this? There have been such statements before and none of them turned to be accomplished.
