This will hurt all of us worldwide as interest rates increase. They're 4+% here and climbing.
No where near 17+% as they were in 1979-80 when I was trying to sell my house and very lucky a "cash buyer" came along.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WDC9isTPyFs

Agenda 21 is the UN plan for a massive relocation of dwellings
heralded under the buzz word "sustainable". Be alert when you see that word. Learn what Agenda 21 is all about and ICLEI at your local level initiated 1990. http://www.iclei.org/
The program has been beta tested in China 2013 relocating around a million farmers a month.

Since 2006 housing prices have declined 30% in my area.
Unquestionably, prices will continue to decline as interest rates escalate and foreclosed inventory dumped on the market.

Around 100 years ago, the US dollar had the purchasing power of 100 pennies/cents.
Hold that thought...if you bought an asset for $100 then; sold it *today for $1,000, you'd pay tax on $900, but your original 100 pennies evaporated to 4 pennies in your hand. Inflation is the most crewel hidden tax on the people.

The Privately owned Central Bank, cleverly named the FED decides interest rates/money supply. *Today our dollar has the purchasing power less than 4 cents. They call it inflation and they created it. I know it's theft of the peoples money and so does everyone in government as it's sanctioned by government. President Wilson signed the Federal Reserve Act 1913 over the Christmas Holiday when most of the Congress were home with their families and our country was NOT IN DEBT. It only took these criminal private banksters 20 years to bankrupt the nation and in 1933, the Bankruptcy Act in the Senate Record proves we're in receivership now owned by a Private group of International Bankers.

That's why it doesn't matter what country Barry Sotera AKA Obama was born in. He is President of a Corporation in receivership.

Since 1913, we've had several outstanding, outspoken Senators/Congressmen that have sadly been poisoned, murdered, suicided, plane crashes, etc.

Around 20 years ago when Argentina's economy collapsed their Real Estate market was crushed, mortgages were unavailable requiring private sales in cash.

We're all in this together. Your country has been raped and pillaged also by the government sanctioned private banksters. Nothing happens by accident including all wars. Everything is planned...and they've been very patient awaiting centuries nurturing their plan to bloom.

Sparky, I would venture to say that, it is not complete control only that the Cabal want, it is mostly and always has been the fact that they want to own all the lane, not just the land above , but also the land underground. We are beginning to see that one of the most precious things on Earth is water, and that above ground is rapidly being reduced to toxicity, if you own all water rights above and below ground, you then have access to some of the underground rivers such as were above the ground once but have since moved on to a new bed, but the old streams are still underground, and have gone through the process of filtration through porous rock - there has been at least one movie made on this subject. Of course all the resources are important as well, because those could be sold to the E.T. worlds, dealing in such things, once they were able to come closer to Earth to fill the ships with all our goodies. So I believe they are needing to buy up the land at a lovely low price, hence the ideas of Agenda 21. Most definitely planned and being implemented a lot longer time then the couple of hundred years we think they have been at this. However, there must be some kind of war that goes on with the Vatican and the Royal and the upstart bankers, because they all want the land and I can't see them wanting to share it with their opposition players.

Thats what I'm hoping will happen, that the factions will fracture & fight each other directly without using pawns (or at least not with big wars) so that the general population will see them for what they are & wake up.

The same as money, inflated mortages and interest is just another exercise by the gangsters ruling our countries to drag even more misery out of people. It's less so for people who don't have mortages, although they still have to pay inflated rent of course.

There is another element coming in as well with the strange weather, worldwide, not just UK. And that is the winds and floods that are ruining properties. People are still having to pay monthly payments on properties which are quickly becoming derelict and they will be unable to sell them on or get insurance.

Bingo, Calabash.
If you were not aware the first deadly experiment with weather manipulation was 1952 in the UK, or read papers the US Air Force should own the weather shortly after 2015, you would not posit what I am presenting.

Since World War II, very little what we observe is NATURAL. Keep an open mind and research disasters in your country, then take it a step further. What happened to the land? Was it condemned by authorities, or did someone arrive on the scene after the disaster as a hero and buy it? Who was that so called hero buying up the land?

There is no one agency in the United States with specific responsibility for collecting and evaluating detailed flood loss information.

The truly sad part is the PEOPLE used their labor to earn money to pay for the Real Estate they were tricked to believe they own. Look at your property deed. You are not the owner, you are listed as a "tenant". A tenant pays rent, therefore, we pay a property tax as rent. You do not own the mineral rights to the land, water or natural resources. It is an illusion created to appear you do. Allodial deeds no longer exist.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Allodial_title

This scheme was invented by the Pope. His Bull went unchallenged after declaring he owns all the land on earth. Think back to all of England's wars. The King was broke, borrowed money from the Vatican. Any BAR member practicing law has known this for centuries and were complicit re-writing deeds as real property changed hands. Frank O'Collins has done magnificent accurate research posted on his numerous sites and blog.

Here in California:

**Wall Street has been buying up foreclosures right and left, all cash, then renting them and raising the rental rates.

**FHA, USDA and VA are making 100% loans to buyers, and then requiring them to get mortgage insurance at outrageously high rates ($300/mo on top of their mortgage payments) Note: Mortgage insurance protects the bank (not the owner of the house). So if house goes into default, the bank collects the amount of the loan on the mortgage ins policy that the buyer has been paying on). Talk about a setup!

**On a good percentage of deeds, after the legal description there is a Reserving Therefrom Clause where all mineral rights are reserved by: Many different companies (but who owns the companies) and these rights go back for many years.

Back in the 60's, the Savings and Loan Institutions introduced PMI (Private Mortgage Insurance). Remember those days. I think rates were around $12.00 a month for a $10,000 mortgage. Banks were rarely used for mortgages. When a married couple bought a house and then bought a PMI, if either died, the remaining mortgage was paid in full. Then in the 80's with the S & L crashes, the Resolution Trust under Reagan took ownership and William Black cleaned up the mess.

No more community based Savings and Loans. Today's youth has no idea how their being screwed.

Don't know if you saw the latest "crazy in our face" from California I posted on another thread?
There's a reason things are so obvious today. There is no savior. Another false belief to distract us from taking our power back as a civilization.

More about judicial/political/government corruption. Why does this matter? Proof that all BAR Attorneys and Judges are NOT US citizens. They pretend they are; regardless they have sworn allegiance to the Queen. Frank O'Collins has done remarkable research on the origin of world laws and well documented on all of his numerous websites and blog.

California State Supreme Court…just ruled in favor of a man who is NOT a US citizen to be licensed by the BAR and practice law.
http://www.mercurynews.com/crime-cou...-license-state

It's in our face now. No more hiding what they have known all along.

William Blackstone, Blackstone Law Dictionary said 250 years ago that the worst of all worlds would be the one in which people let the "common lawyer" run their legal affairs, instead of doing it themselves, which he viewed as a moral obligation to avert the corruption and decay of society.

The California Supreme Court ruled Thursday that an illegal immigrant can join the bar and begin to practice law in that state, granting a major symbolic victory to immigrant rights advocates who say it’s a step on the path to equal treatment in employment law.

Rebuffing the Obama administration’s arguments, the justices unanimously decided in favor of Sergio C. Garcia, an illegal immigrant who was twice brought across the border illegally by his parents, eventually earned a law degree from a California school and has been trying to join the bar for years.

SPECIAL COVERAGE: Immigration Reform

Chief Justice Tani Cantil-Sakauye said state legislation signed last year by Gov. Jerry Brown removed the final barriers and Mr. Garcia can be licensed, even though he is not in the country legally.

“We conclude that the fact that an undocumented immigrant’s presence in this country violates federal statutes is not itself a sufficient or persuasive basis for denying undocumented immigrants, as a class, admission to the state bar,” the chief justice wrote.

The case was being monitored closely by all sides in the broader immigration debate, where every legal victory or defeat is considered a barometer.

“It’s definitely positive, but I will be cheering when I see Sergio and our other members in California sworn in as lawyers,” said Cesar Vargas, who helped form the Dream Bar Association, a group in similar circumstances as Mr. Garcia.

Mr. Vargas has petitioned to join the New York State Bar Association, while another case involving Jose Godinez-Samperio is pending in Florida.

“This certainly puts pressure on New York because New York has a similar statute that may allow undocumented immigrants to practice law. But Florida doesn’t have anything similar which still highlights that each state can still decide whether to license someone or not,” Mr. Vargas said.

It’s still illegal under federal law for a firm or government agency to hire Mr. Garcia, who does not have federal work authorization. But the justices said they would leave it up to Mr. Garcia to police himself and to be honest with potential clients about what cases he cannot take.

“This court’s granting of a law license to undocumented immigrants would not override or otherwise affect the federal limitations upon the employment of undocumented immigrants,” Chief Justice Cantil-Sakauye wrote. “Nonetheless, for a number of reasons we conclude that existing federal limitations on the employment of undocumented immigrants do not justify excluding undocumented immigrants from admission to the State Bar.”

The Obama administration supports legalization of the nation’s illegal immigrant population and has implemented policies that have allowed millions of illegal immigrants to remain in the U.S. with little danger of deportation.

But the Justice Department has opposed bar admissions for those in the country illegally, arguing in court filings that granting a professional license is a step too far. Department attorneys argued that giving Mr. Garcia a license to practice law was a violation of the federal mandate that no public money be used to grant licenses to people who are in the country without permission.

Being able to apply may not be the end of Mr. Garcia’s fight. Larry DeSha, a California-based lawyer who has fought Mr. Garcia’s application, argued that it would be illegal for an illegal immigrant to enter into a contract with a client, even as an independent lawyer. Mr. DeSha also said giving Mr. Garcia the imprimatur of a license could mislead potential clients.

“The best way to protect the public in this matter is to deny his admission to practice until he becomes legal, can take the oath of office truthfully, can be hired for pay and can enter into legal fee contracts,” Mr. DeSha wrote in a court filing in early December.

Mr. DeSha was still studying the court’s opinion Thursday evening.

Mr. Garcia’s case is different from that of Mr. Vargas or Mr. Godinez-Samperio, the Florida applicant. Both of them were able to get tentative legal status and work permits under Mr. Obama’s non-deportation policy for younger illegal immigrants.

But Mr. Garcia is too old to qualify.

He was first brought to the U.S., illegally, by his parents at 17 months. They lived in California until he was 9, when the family returned to Mexico, then came back to California when he was 17, when he again entered illegally.

His father obtained legal residency, however, and Mr. Garcia is awaiting a visa number for his own legal status.

“He has resided in California continually since that time — for more than 19 years — and has gone to college, completed law school, and has successfully passed the bar examination in California,” Chief Justice Cantil-Sakauye wrote. “He has been a diligent and trusted worker and has made significant contributions to his community. He has never been convicted of a criminal offense.”

The court did say that Mr. Garcia lied to a grocery store where he applied for employment soon after he returned to the U.S., claiming he had legal status. He also was cited for driving without a license, paid the fine, then went to obtain a license from Oregon, which did not check applicants’ immigration status.

But overall, the justices said Mr. Garcia showed “good moral character” and pointed to numerous recommendations from teachers and associates.

Immigrant rights groups praised the decision and said they hoped it was the first bit of good news in a year when they want Congress to pass a broad bill legalizing most illegal immigrants.

“This is a bright new day in California history and bodes well for the future of the United States of America,” said the Coalition for Humane Immigrant Rights of Los Angeles. “We start 2014 with high hopes that soon justice will also be a reality for millions of undocumented immigrant workers who give it their all for the sustenance of their children, the strength of their families, and the vitality of an immigrant nation.”

BabaRa:

Why is this article so important?

This case has NOTHING to do with this man's personal immigration. Sergio Garcia was "selected" as a tool to enable change establishing a "legal precedent" in the land of fruits and nuts.

If he wanted to become a US citizen, he could have accomplished that years ago obtaining legal status and be legally employed. An employer can sponsor him for a green card, and he can legally work in this country. Money has always been the way for quick citizenship in any country. Then there's the cheap way...marry an existing citizen and pay for it the rest of your life.:smile2:
http://www.uscis.gov/green-card/green-card-through-job

The big picture is judicial/government corruption coupled with UN forced integration (all worldwide predominantly white countries) to break down society by using someone who is not a citizen, who does not have the right to vote, but is now admitted with honor into the legal system; regardless he committed an illegal act twice.

They now have their "poster boy" feigning humanitarian immigration purposes many suckers will cheer the US is the land of the free.

Dishonorable precedent. There is no "Rule of Law"; it's a joke BAR attorney know quite well, but lack the courage to unite and fight the corrupt courts they enjoy being a part of.

An ILLEGAL immigrant (while breaking the law) gets a law license to practice the law, instead of getting arrested or deported for breaking it.

Only in 'Merika! :popc:

New York, Florida have similar cases awaiting to jump on the bandwagon after this "legal precedent". Another form of Agenda 21 hidden in the closet to demoralize/destroy.

Chief Justice Tani Cantil-Sakauye wrote in her opinion: “The fact that an undocumented immigrant is present in the United States without lawful authorization does not itself involve moral turpitude or demonstrate moral unfitness"

So the Chief Justice believes breaking the law is not "moral unfitness". Future defendants should remember that.

When a country leaves their borders open and unprotected for many years, it's done with two primary goals.

1. Destroy the existing country and fracture their citizens to enable future drastic change.

2. Rob and pillage immigrant labor, keep them in a perpetual underclass status; sprinkle a few well publicized benefits their direction that are totally meaningless for their long term future.

Within time, their existing citizens get angry, attack the immigrants and others. Confusion, war hell breaks out. As the people kill each other off, the rulers watch awaiting the precise moment to introduce (a.b.c.d.etc. 100's to pick from) solution for the problem they originally caused; Cloward-Piven strategy.

Developed in the mid-1960s by two Columbia University sociologists, Andrew Cloward and Frances Fox Piven, much of their strategy was drawn from Saul Alinsky, Chicago’s notorious revolutionary Marxist community organizer in whose house Obama held his first political fund-raiser for US Senate.
http://www.americanthinker.com/2008/09/barack_obama_and_the_strategy.html

3. Government achieves depopulation watching the crazies.
4. Government slides in their NWO Dictator

The US does not have a monopoly with covert immigration policies the citizens complain about.. Same pattern in France and UK and other countries.
