I looked at their diet. Speaks volumes. A very good example of walking, or marathoning, the talk. :p

You can lead a horse to water...........drink.
You can lead a human to good information..................think.

Bloody hell! Running marathons isn't as easy as it sounds. I mean, it doesn't exactly sound easy what with all the running but a lot of the time people forget the blisters and raw nipples (my god won't somebody remember the raw nipples!) I remember blisters beneath blisters and they did this every day for a year? Kudos to them both.

30 bananas a day, thats 10,950 in a year !

Aren't they the most radio active & heavily sprayed (treated) fruit type thing there is ?

I'm not so sure that all that running at that age is a good thing. Most athletes don't live very long lives, though I'm not sure if that's because they often take drugs to help their performances or not.

The older bloke in this is 65 & is very good at running, but then you would need to be if your chosen profession was thieving food from lions :hiding:

Why doesn't he just hunt the wildebeast? Poor lions ;)

This is good evidence though of how when we have no fear, we have nothing to fear!
