Who is the woman in the video? I like the demo, it's good. And it makes sense.

Dissolution of old, rigid ways can be a good thing. Those who resist are not just on the top however. Those who want to keep old rigid ways are located all over the pyramid. Which makes for a very interesting dynamic when the dissolution occurs. Pockets of melting, kind of like permafrost. Buckling, rising, sinking, sliding, some of those sugar cubes would end up outside of the circle methinks.
