If you have anything like this to offer, please post it here. Seems like everything isn't what you expected or were thinking. Illusion is everywhere around us.

that was cool weird ... it gave me a headache just trying to see the illusion. I appreciate his 'perspective' Could be confusing though.

I actually got the face illusion and for a short second the rotation (one rotation) when he was in it ... :)

the kids that could tell the difference have special brains in some manner

Pretty darn convincing ... I've tried everything to see beyond it ... Can't seem to do it.

Some years ago I made a few of those T-Rexes. :)

If our brains didn't work the way they do, we wouldn't be able to make sense out of anything we perceive. It would be literal chaos. Our brains are amazing.

I'm referring to the ways in which they filter, interpret and manage stimuli.

Did you keep any of the T-Rexes, Wind? Like up on a shelf?

Imagine if there was an 'elf on a shelf' whose head moved in such a manner. Now that would make Christmas really creepy.

I did for a good while, but they are gone now I think. Could always make new ones too.

One of the techniques I've been doing is different sorts of white work. Occasionally, when I look at images, the patterns appear as indentations or valleys rather than raised and I find myself wondering what kind of technique creates that.

And then I realize I'm seeing it wrong.

Sometimes I can make images shift back and forth.

Sometimes I can only see it the right way.

Sometimes I can't stop seeing it the wrong way.

I just went through a 20-minute time warp ...

Not to be flippant...but you made me think of Rocky Horror. A film with different sorts of illusions.
