Kathy, I'm afraid this is whole thing is misinformation, as you can read here (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/NESARA). It is once again one of those deceptions created on the internet by people who've got nothing better to do with their lives than create conspiracy theories based upon hot air, and it ties in with the QAnon cult.
