A few comments with this video...

If the CIA is involved, then you might as well forget about the whole thing. The Belgian State Secret Service is currently being put on the roster again regarding a series of violent holdups in the 1980s, in which 28 innocent people were gratuitously executed by a mysterious criminal gang known as the Brabant Killers. The investigation was sabotaged and sidetracked from the beginning, but new evidence has in the meantime resurfaced, allowing the case to be reopened before it is classified as a cold case due to the facts being 30 years old.

One of the clues in the official investigation at the time led to an extreme-right-wing conspiracy within the gendarmes corps that had the intent of turning Belgium into a police state, as well as that it was rumored that Gladio was involved. Gladio was a CIA stay-behind sleeper network in Europe, which was to become active in the event of a Russian invasion of Europe, and it has been linked to several right-wing terrorism attacks in several European countries.

The "Procureur du Roi" — I don't really understand why Acronymians prefer the French titles and names when only 40% of the Belgian population is francophone and 55% are Dutch-speaking — or "Procureur des Konings" in Dutch, is essentially the same thing as an attorney-general in the US. It's merely the official title of the prosecutor for the public, and it has nothing to do with the royal family.

The current king, Philippe, is not a pedophile, nor was he ever implicated in any such investigations. He is actually an honorable man, and way too kind — very similar to his uncle, the late king Boudewijn/Baudouin. However, there was indeed an investigation in the very early 1990s into a prostitution network with minors, called the Pink Ballets, which was specifically created for the extortion of wealthy and influential people, and rumor does indeed have it that a member of the royal family was involved in their sex parties.

If this recount was legitimate — and I personally believe that it may have been — then it would most likely have been Philippe's father, Albert II, who was the Belgian king for 20 years before he abdicated the throne to Philippe. However, Albert II was not the reigning king yet when his involvement with the Pink Ballets was said to have occurred.

At that time, his brother Boudewijn/Baudouin was still the ruling monarch, but Boudewijn/Baudouin died suddenly of a heart attack in 1993 while on vacation in Spain — his wife Fabiola was originally Spanish — and he was succeeded by his younger brother, Albert, even though most of the public would have preferred to see the throne go to Philippe, who was 32 years old at the time. Albert was quite a womanizer in his younger days, and he is known to have at least one illegitimate daughter — Delphine Boël, a sculptor and painter. She has been trying to get her father to recognize her for many years already, but so far she has not succeeded, and she probably never will.

However, the Belgian monarch doesn't really have any power. The true power of the monarchy actually lies with their entourage, an aristocratic francophone elite with generally very right-wing political sympathies. They, together with the Belgian representation of the Roman Catholic Church, hold the real power in Belgium.

Whenever a member of the royal family is implicated — as for instance in the case of Albert's illegitimate daughter or the financial shenanigans and extramarital exploits of Philippe's younger brother Laurent (who is very much like his father) — then the matter is instantly covered up. The entourage of the royal family controls the State Secret Service, the Justice Department, and all the back-channels of the government.
