Note while i had a triple by-pass heart surgery 24 years ago - I've have since never suffered again from this type of aliment till now ... Amazingly i was very fortunate to not only know what to do, but with the assistance of good friend - was able to get to the Sacred Heart Hospital Emergency Department in time - And within two hours of arriving had a cardiac cath-stent inserted (restoring my blood flow) back to my heart.
I will speak of this later this weekend on the upcoming Cosmic Emporium # 3 - So tune in folks for the telling my very surreal (though joyous) life affirming experience ... I am still pinching myself after walking myself home (five blocks) from the medical center to my apartment (this afternoon) in twenty degree temps. Somebody really loves me up there ... Cos i am still alive and well.
So Be It !!
And it gets even worse than that. Now there's a whole town in the state of Ohio which has its administration held hostage by ransomware, including the computers of the local police squadron.
I've just posted a thread about that, here, along with some advice on how to prevent this sort of thing from happening to (the impersonal and proverbial) yourself.

to the location below ...
What you are seeing are two major medical complexes on the beautiful South Hill
overlooking the downtown area of Spokane - With Deaconess Hospital on the left
and very close-by Sacred Heart Hospital to the right where i was rushed to ...
Note i live within photo frame far right center of the picture ...
Being that close apparently saved my life (again).
There are no coincidences folks !

Thanks, that brought back memories of happy days. I lived in Balgowlah Heights, above Manly Beach, for about 3 years and I watched a lot of sunrises from there. Beautiful place....
