    Juror Nullification

    A message worth sharing IMO.

    But first some context.

Jury nullification is when a juror ignores the arguments made and rules according to some other criteria. It is a way for ordinary people to act in their citizen obligation of juror duty in an environment where the law is unjust.

I wish more people had knowledge of this law (and old tradition) in the US. Today when judges inform jurors of their responsibilities, from what I understand, this option is always neglected. Thanks for posting, lcam.
