They would certainly have the ability to do that, but I believe the 'Blue Avians' are the ones appearing in Avianoid Form to humans, like GoodET, etc. And communication with the SSP, etc. If I'm understanding correctly as the insectoids were described, they're a hybrid between the Aldebarans and Preying Mantiss, Aldabaran is the known strong hold / head quarters for Lucifer's fleet. Where he retreats to when he's had his backside handed to him on a silver platter by anyone stronger and bigger than him.
The Galactic Commonwealth was originally part of a span of galaxy clusters (sections of) that had been conqured by Lucifer's forces, and then surrounded by what is called void tortured space, it's normal space that is twisted and messed up using the normal 'matter' or anti-matter to be more specific that is a natural barrier between universes. And was under the rule of three Titans. Then Lucifer in his form as El and in control of a fleet of ships referred to as the "Utopians" sent in a mock set of ships that LOOKED like they were flying under the flag of someone else, then sent in his real ships to "rescue" them. And took over the head quarters and head planet. Which had been isolated by the void tormented space. much like one of the main barriers surrounding this planet. I was communicating with an incarnate of his at the time, but then I wasn't aware of the incarnate being an incarnate of the being known as Lucifer. He presented himself as "El" or "Elohim" and made effort to make a distinction between him and Lucifer, only this year after not talking to him for 2yrs, did I infact put enough 'things' together to figure it out.
When I figured out that it was these Avians, and sphere beings responsible for my attacks, and that they had been stealing my soul parts, and using them and my soul code to gain access to the technologies that are time locked, then I got severally attacked by them for it (POSITIVES DO NOT TORTURE others like I have been, think about this). It has already been confirmed / mentioned by others that they come from a alternate reality / timeline. I know they are also trying to use my soul parts / soul code without my consent, to anchor a alternate timeline / reality associated with Project LUCID and the Transhumanism agenda. Despite being told to stop and that they don't have my consent, or any rights to do this. They continue unabided, and I did have confirmation they're also working with Ahriman. Ahriman, Lucifer and Sorath have a connection as being the unholy trinity. Also the being Zurvan is behind my attacks, another one infamous among the Zurvanism (a off shoot of the Zoroastrianism) Zurvan, Ahriman, Lucifer and Sorath are known to be among the deities worshipped by Luciferians / Cabalists.
Even if like Cobra says, they're part of the Galactic Confederation. The chain and rank of those groups follows the same pattern. The blue avians would then be Lucifer's Bird Tribe, the Nommo's. I highly recommend at the very least everyone reads the parts on Lucifer's rebellion at Wespenre.com , if you chose to read more, great. But it's the most accurate account of our universal history, etc that I have been able to find. And his information does morph in parts 1-2 and a little in 3, as he gets deeper into his research and realizes that some of what he thought he knew / understood originally was incorrect. And so he corrects the old information. Which is a good thing, as researchers need to be able to grow and be willing to accept new information when necessary.

I thought you and your fellow human looking ET's who were on Earth on a mission (Who were stuck here and you wanted me to petition the Sphere Alliance to allow you to leave) had captured Marduke and all of the other Anunnaki Beings on the planet? Once and for all please directly spell out completely where you are getting all of your information and "intelligence" other than misquoting information out there and saying the Blue Avians have admitted to "This" or "That". (Where is this information coming from?)... You were extremely interested in getting to know the Sphere Beings UNTIL THE MOMENT your "Stranded Human ET Group's" information and claims began to no longer match what was coming from both the SSP Alliance and the Sphere Alliance. You then began to lash out at me in many dozens of PM's that had to be brought to the attention of Moderators... (Sorry but I have had a few of these situations recently)...
