Ok folks i often think about the oddities of life , like where do all the odd socks go ? and also there are hundreds of birds flying in the sky so why dont we see their little bodies on the ground when they die ? do they go somewhere to die ? seems odd that we see no evidence on the ground around ? .. i guess I am only as odd as my thoughts lol

Maybe the little birdies know 'when it's their time', find a nice hidden spot in a bush, die, and get eaten up by bugs and worms and so forth.
acording to a tv show called eerie indiana all the odd socks somehow end up in schotland via an underground network connecting all waschingmachines.

Why does an E book weigh exactly the same whether loaded up with hundreds of books or empty? A few years ago I could not imagine hauling around a complete library. ( how can billions of ones and zeros weigh nothing or take up virtually no space?)
Same things goes for full or empty batteries, usb sticks and mp3 players.

Sneaky Elephants, I have never found a dead one tucked away in the back of a shelf in the bike shed, and there are probably several of them laying around here right now.

Odd socks.....I think my mothers got them all............she thinks there all mine.......( I don't even live with her)
I'm given bags with odd sock balls "these are yours you left them here last time". 'No, see look their men's socks,' she gives me one of her quizzical looks.

When I worked in the hospital we always washed the patients socks because the laundry used to lose them
We still ended up with a bag full of odd ones
It's the Sock Fairy
One work around is get a box of 50 pairs of the same ones from ebay or something.
The amount of odd ones are the same, you just notice it less.
We did that a few times.
