I had a look at this & some of your other videos the other day 717, I think the best part of this is actually at the 2 to 4 second mark where a third object comes into view level with the other 2 & stops dead in the sky.
This is not an explainable movement & it also proves the other 2 are 2 & not the effect of filming through double glazing.
That said I think the close up is a camera effect of over zooming & getting out of focus on bright objects against a black background, if you ever re-edit this vid a slow mo of that bit at the beginning would be good, it's the best bit.
